I can't believe I haven't invested in TOTM products before. I tried the menstrual cup after hearing really good things about it. I have tried other menstrual cups before and found them extremely uncomfortable and very hard to put in. I am so glad I tried this one - it is like period heaven!
And then - as if excellent products weren't enough, the customer experience is amazing too!
From the packaging, to the tips on the website, to the excellent customer service I received.

Fantastic product and such brilliant quality! For me it’s all about the comfort of the sanitary towels - they’re discreet and I don’t feel like I’m ever wearing them (vs synthetic sanitary towels). Would highly recommend making the purchase today!

I've been getting regular deliveries of TOTM since 2018. I wouldn't change them for the world. Love getting my products each month. Easy way to cut down on plastic and chemicals going into my body. Cute eco packaging too. Keep up the great work guys!

I order in bulk from their website because I've moved to Spain but didn't want to lose access to my favourite products. They always arrive in good time. I use the pads and digital tampons, definitely more gentle than mainstream products. Love! And recommend to everyone I know.

Love the concept, Thought the product was very poor. The applicator is very flimsy and doesn’t push the tampon in place properly, If at all. I used a whole box of 16 and only managed to wear 3, and because the applicator is so bad they just didn’t sit right and was uncomfortable to wear. One I did manage to wear the string snapped when I tried to remove!

Found metal wire in my tampon, I was actually shocked and I am still so scared thinking there is metal still inside of me, still scared about the other ones now since it’s an application you don’t know what it looks like inside BE CAREFUL PLEASE

I really like the concept. I signed up for a monthly subscription for the pads but the products just aren't up to scratch. I have a heavy period and they aren't suitable for this. The absorption is poor, having to change so much more frequently than I am used to and even then there is leakage. They definitely need improvement!

I really wanted to LOVE these products as I’m actively trying to reduce my plastic waste but unfortunately there’s so many things that need improving with both the pads and tampons.
1. The pads are not that sticky so they don’t stick to your underwear properly. The material of them also makes them feel wet as soon as they start to absorb.
2. I have tried every size applicator tampon they have and i find no matter the size of tampon or what your flow is, there is always a little bit that comes out onto your underwear which is really frustrating. Even if the tampon is barely full it happens.
3. Finally, I find the applicators very difficult to push, the cardboard is quite flimsy and the smaller tube is SO difficult to push up in each size. There’s a little hole in each applicator (I’m assuming to make sure both bits stay together) so my only guess is the smaller tube gets caught on that as you’re trying to push.

Really disappointing as I bought almost one of every TOTM product to try them all out.

TOTM is amazing! They helped me with an order back before Christmas that I was panicking about not getting there on time, they sent a free courier to replace the other and if I received it asked me to donate! They’re always so prompt to reply, helpful and thinking one step ahead! I love TOTMs products, the cup and pads actually make me look forward to my period and not dread it! I adore their period power campaigns and the support they do for charity but even the customer service side of things are just exceptional!

I really like the concept but the products have really poor absorption. Having to change every couple of hours which have never been a problem with other products. Makes it very expensive and also a complete nuisance. Don’t think I would buy again because of this.

I just had the most perfect experience with TOTM. As I am working from home, I forgot to change the address from my company to my home. Contacting them, I asked to pay for an extra delivery to the correct address, they refused it. Asked to send it for free as a replacement. Even though it was my mistake of not updating the address.
Instead they asked me to donate the package that has been sent to my office when I go back to work.
The world needs more companies like this.

Great customer service and they even sent me complimentary pads after understanding my situation. Thank you to the whole team especially Emma and Brooke. I hope more businesses learn how to deliver great service, care about their customers and build long lasting relationships. I would recommend all females to try TOTM's products you wont go back to other brands. You will feel so free and comfortable.!! :-)

I have tried the medium & super flow pads during my last 3 periods. I found them to be ok on a light to medium day, but felt horribly wet & uncomfortable quite quickly on a heavier day.
I also found the adhesive to be a problem - it doesn’t extend to the ends of the pads or cover all of the wings, so they tend to ‘bunch up’ very easily, especially if I’m moving around a lot (definitely wouldn’t use these while exercising).
Overall, they are ok to use on a light-medium flow day when sitting around at home! But unfortunately these products aren’t yet good enough for me to make the switch.

No doubt the best natural panty liners, tampons and pads. I tried a few more brands and they literally fell apart within a few hours and stuck to my skin or simply didn't provide any protection.

Im leaving a review because I received excellent customer service. Maybe my fault for it not going out on the right date maybe not(I subscribe). Regardless, they sorted out everything almost instantly, other companies wouldn't have done that. Thanks

I discovered TOTM last year, and now I would never use anything else! So many plus points:
* cruelty-free
* no nasty chemicals so no nasty reactions
* ethical
* no plastics and 100% biodegradable
* super comfortable
* subscription service so you are never without
Not only are the products great, but everything they stand for is brilliant.

I love the subscription service, you don't even have to be in as they deliver in boxes small enough for your post box, AND their packaging is recyclable and compostable! :)

I have recommended TOTM to everyone I know, and ill continue to do so.

Love these! I signed up last month and have now subscribed monthly. Communication is great, they arrived on time and the pads are so nice. Great quality, soft not sticky or irritating and totally guilt free. Won’t be going back!

Great product but they post everything in plastic!! Kind of defeats the object, no?!

A company that is trying to improve the way we use disposable sanitary products. They aren’t the same as other longer standing less sustainable companies, the reason being obviously these are made cruelty free, organic and biodegradable, Also you can order in subscription so the same time each month they will arrive, If you have any issues they are happy to resolve. I think a fantastic concept, and we need to be more conscious of our planet, and the products we use.
