Friendly, efficient and calming for me lol. Barbs was amazing.

Such lovely customer service. Thank you for all of your help, Babs!

Placed an order for personalised club hoody, there was a slight issue however they responded immediately and rectified. Thank you and big thank you to Presley

Presley helped us sort an individual issue with my son's clothing and I'm super grateful for their help. The clothes look very smart!

Ryan T-L was patient, great customer service, bubbly and very approachable. Very friendly and had a good chat with my brother.

The whole experience was made really simple for us and the staff, especially Ryan, couldn't have been more helpful and informative.

Excellent service by Presley from The Customer Services Team. The first time order for my son's new school uniform and PE kit. I had ordered the wrong size uniform but they exchanged the right one very quickly. Very efficient and helpful. Thank you.

Presley was very kind and understanding on the phone. Excellent customer service.

Presley was extremely attentive to my issue, was very quick with responding to my emails and even ordered a replacement item before I had acknowledged receipt of the returns labelled. It was also lovely the next day to have a further response from Presley after i sent a picture of the proof of posting, continuing support from the same person was appreciated! Thank you very much!

Ryan was awesome - it helped that he’d been at the school himself so knew exactly what was needed - and it was all sorted quite quickly and painlessly!

We went to buy my son’s first uniform yesterday at Total Clothing. Ryan T. L. was a huge help. He was very kind, helpful, and professional. He knew all the pieces of clothing and color we needed for school. He was very helpful with sizes and anything else we needed and answered all of our questions. He also gave my son a certificate for buying his first uniform. We had a great experience thanks to him.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people assisting and made the whole trip very easy. Thank you.

A great service by Maia and Ryan, super friendly and helpful. Thank you

I went with my daughter and Grandson to total clothing, to buy his uniform for September, we were served by Carol, she was so helpful and knew her job and clothing very well, she was spot on estimating my Grandsons size, nothing was too much trouble, she made a particular effort to talk to him and ask him about school ect, as he suffers ASD he was made to feel very much at home, thanks Carol we appreciate you x

I visited Total Clothing to purchase my daughters new secondary school uniform.
Ryan Tams-Law was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. He was confident in knowing how much uniform we needed to buy along with the sizing ready for September. He was very polite, professional, and easy to talk too especially as I didn’t know exactly what I needed.

Really helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome and advice given was greatly received. Thank you

Fast dispatch and delivery, all items received.

With regards to payment methods I think it would be a real benefit if you could accept PayPal to help spread the costs - it’s an awful lot of money to pay out especially when you have more than one child to buy for.

The two people that served us were ( Maia and Jake ) they very patient and gave good advice about how many of each uniform we should buy.Definitely will shop here again !
