Excellent and well priced service. In contact only moments after I sought an online quote. Same day service. Rang when they were 10 minutes out. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Arranged a time for them to clear my garden rubbish they did not turn up and only explained that van had broken down after I contacted to find out what was going on. They said they would come the following day so again arranged a time and was a no show again. No explanation. Would not recommend.

Did some terrace construction works and since it was done by myself and a little help from some of my buddies, it resulted in bunch of material leftovers scattered all over the place.
When got in touch with TW, I was first asked to provide pictures of material I want to take out and location, in order to calculate the costs of service, which is eaxctly what I paid, no bargaining or whatsoever. The team of 2 showed up in time and date as agreed. Called in advance, with no surprise arrival.
Job was done efficiently and in a timely manner.

I got an initial quote of £115-150 + VAT based on lots of photos and explaining exactly what was to be collected (old decking) and the length of the planks. The drivers arrived and hiked the price to £220+VAT and then said the planks were too long so that would be another £40. So now 73% above quoted price!!! Not acceptable. Do not use them.

Quite a grumpy guy turned up and tried to increase the price. Despite me providing pictures, measurements and a breakdown of the rubbish that needed taking away. In the end, took most of the rubbish away but left 4-5 bags and I had to chase him down the road to return and take everything away. He initially refused, saying that he'd taken 'too much already'. In the end, he took them away but became a little abusive repeatedly shouting at me that I'm "not a good person'.

I made contact with Oscar he gave me lots of information and was always there to answer questions. First time I had used this service so I was able to give the team pictures of my carpets and sofas to get a price. The drivers call ahead before they come and they remove everything and are very friendly. Excellent service and will use again. Thank you Oscar and the Team.

I am so very impressed by the service provided by the driver, Rus and his colleague Oscar. They were very professional and did the job as great as I would have done it myself. They left the area very clean, tidy and swept up all the rubbish. I will certainly recommend and use this Company again. Thanks Rus and Oscar.
