These are by far my all time favorite sunglasses. I have 4 pairs and currently have an order for 2 more. My hair never gets tangled! One pair actually became really loose so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pair with no issues!!! Highly Recommend

Be careful. Before ordering glasses, I checked cost to return which said 7.99. I ordered small Bella and they were so heavy, so I filled out online that I was returning and they send invoice for 11.99 for shipping label. I emailed and they acknowledged the price had not been updated on the website yet but would NOT honor the 7.99 price. I don’t want to do business with a company like that.

Best sunglasses I’ve ever bought! They are so flattering, lightweight, & they mean it when they say your hair does NOT get tangled! They shipped the very next day, too! I bought these a few months ago and accidentally left them at the airport… Pretty much cried. Ordered a new pair immediately! I’ll never go back! Definitely ordering more in different styles. ❤️🥹🕶️

You didn't do anything wrong. All the other sunglasses I bought are great, this pair was stolen, on Thanksgiving of all days with the pretty pink alligator case. Wore them on my head for a couple hours, didn't get a chance to wear on my face,cloudy day. 😥

I absolutely love my Bella glasses there classy and sexy at the same time and don’t rip my hair out . Best sunglasses I’ve ever bought.

I love my Kara sunglasses. I love the style and the color. I like that they don’t pull my hair when I move them on top of my head.

I bought the Bella Coffee sunglasses the most recently. I've never really had issues with this company and I love their sunglasses. However, this order I NEVER received. My problem is with the economy shipping company they use. This is now the 2nd order that they have said was delivered, and it WAS NOT. Little to no clarifying detail was provided with the tracking information. I contacted Custome Support, and they said they'd look into it, but I was ultimately told to "just wait and see." I'm not satisfied with that answer. I and wholly displeased with this shipping company, and I want the product I paid for replaced and shipped via REPUTATBLE shipping company NOW.

I absolutely love the sunglasses I received, but they were too big for me on my face. I did contact customer support, and I paid to have them shipped back. They will credit my account for the sunnies only, towards my Topfoxx account only. , But they will not let you return them for a credit back to your credit card.. Great customer care service!!

Bought the Mini Bellas. Really cute glasses. My rating reflects the lack of information on how to size them for my face. They also arrived a bit crooked.

I bought the popular TicTok sunglasses and I absolutely hate them. They feel cheap. I tried to return them, but since I had a discount more than 20%, they refuse to refund my money. They expect me to pay for the return shipping and will only offer store credit. I do not like any of their sunglasses. Store credit will do me no good. If you are looking for a good pair of "adult" sunglasses, do not buy.

I would recommend quay sunglasses. Those are excellent quality and offer buy one get one free.

I love the sunglasses… They are rich, looking and high-quality! I don’t like that you have to pay for exchanges, but that’s the only complaint I have. They are quick to respond when I have had questions and very courteous. I now have five pairs so being a repeat customer says it all!

I love the red velvet sunglasses. I had a pair for years. The side ended up breaking from the wear. I ordered a new pair as a replacement. My only complaint is they smell TERRIBLE…
I don’t remember them smelling like fish last time I bought them. Hopefully that smell wears off soon because I don’t want them on my face smelling like that!

I liked the glasses and service was fine but glasses came with missing screw and nut on the face.

I had to get a replacement and it was such an easy process. Love my sunglasses.

I have had a horrible experience all the way around. I ordered my glasses on September 14. Five minutes later an ad popped up for 50% off so I asked if I could get that discount honored. I was contacted back the next day stating that they could not because they were already shipped out. It is now the 26th of September, and they have still not even left their warehouse. I have contacted customer support multiple times. I got one person to answer me back and they seemed that they were going to be helpful, but haven’t heard anything back since. Then I just received a link to this website to ask how I was enjoying my sunglasses when they’re not even here yet.

I ordered the Smaller Bella. Ordering online was easy and shipping was pretty fast. The glasses are absolutely STUNNING and look so good on. The quality is impressive. I love the tangle free silicone nose pads. I am sad to say the silicone pads did not work for me. They irritated my nose shortly after I put the glasses on. I has surgery on my nose a couple of years ago and the skin on my nose is a little this so this mat be the reason why. Very sad the glasses didn't work out for me. I must say, customer service was incredible to work with. The transaction was done through email, however, the process was effortless and the team was kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company as their products are well-made and the company is easy to work with. 5 stars in my opinion

I absolutely LOVE these glasses. I have the Bellas. Have ordered the Cristinas and the oversized Bellas as well.
I currently only have my Bellas, and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. I do love how they look and feel on my face, and they are exactly as advertised that they truly don’t get tangled in my curly hair.
I’m still waiting for my next order. So we will see, but I will also say that the only suboptimal thing is the shipping notifications and updates. I don’t know if it’s because they use Shop for that and whether or not it is a Shop issue, but I am not able to get updates and don’t know necessarily where my glasses are en route. The first order was quick and perfect however. My second order had a delay, and my oversized Bellas glasses are actually on backorder and I was not notified of that, which I would’ve appreciated.
Aside from the shipping update vagueness I would recommend!
