Messaged twice, no reply, advertised as faux fur pom poms, not the case ( I was a bear maker for over 20 yrs, I know about fur) I would not have purchased if I knew the fur was real!!!!

You are very welcome to return the item, as it is an issue we need to resolve ourselves.
We agree with all the above, and the return of your product would help us investigate this as we have no more stock.
We are very willing to pay for the return postage of the scarf and the cut off pom-poms.
As for contacting you, the Facebook message you sent to our page didn’t give us a name, it just came up with a message saying ‘fur’ and when clicked on, gave us this error message as sent to you previously.
We only managed to find your details via TrustPilot, as that displayed your order number, hence why we messaged you immediately to try and resolve this. Our main point of contact is either e-mail, phone or via the contact form on our website (details given under the contact heading on our website).
We absolutely do know the products we sell, as we have been selling this particular style for three years now.
As a vegetarian, I intentionally select products from my UK importer, who gives us the option whether the garment has faux fur or real fur - I ALWAYS elect faux fur.
I understand your distaste for real fur, as it is mine. As you can see, this is something we were unaware of, and then a computer glitch further disallowed us to contact you.
There was no malintention on our part, and as soon as we were made aware of your details, we acted swiftly with the contact details you provided.
Please accept my sincerest apologies, and I look forward to receiving the garment back for a full refund AND your return postage.

Excellent and SpeedyService
