Best bingo site
Great site, love most of the games, being able to set limits is good and although annoying the reminders are good for the player

Don't waste your time or money here! Purchased over 1000 tickets no wins, when watching it takes around 55 calls before a win then when you play it happens within 45 isn't that a miracle

I’ve been using this site for Finally closed my account. Absolutely gone to the dogs. more…
I’ve been using this site for more years than I can remember, but I've finally had enough and closed my account. I’m fully expecting a generic copy-and-paste reply to this about how "sorry" they are, but the truth is the site has gone completely downhill. The returns are a joke—you’re lucky if you get 10p or 20p back on a 50p or £1 stake. Pair that with a really poor selection of games and constant, misleading promo emails, and it’s just not worth it anymore.
The absolute final straw was the customer service. If you have the misfortune of dealing with Sarah, good luck. She shouldn't be working with the public at all. I’ve never been spoken to like I’m so thick or treated like a child by a company I've given money to for years.
Honestly, save your time and cash. Go to Jackpotjoy or Rainbow Riches instead. They actually have a decent selection of games, better graphics, and you don’t get insulted by the staff or the pathetic payouts.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you’re not enjoying our site at the moment. We do have some of the most competitive return to player rates in the industry but, as with all gambling, no win is guaranteed. Sorry that you find the promotional emails misleading, is there anything in particular you can advise on for us to look into for you? We would certainly like to look into these concerns, would you mind emailing us the details please?
If we can help with anything else, please do get in touch. Take care, team tombola
Tombola is the best site

My trusted experience
I enjoy the ease in which I can navigate between games and how winnings are paid out in a timely manner . Screens are clear , I also like how tombola gives time before accepting a change of amount being authorised. This gives time to reflect and not change in haste

Can you tell me how full house is won…
Can you tell me how full house is won by two people with exact same name? Ratio is bad with tombola you lose more than you win and if you do win you won’t win again til that money is taken back, don’t waste your money on tombolla, I also want to say couple of years ago my daughter won just over a hundred and you never paid her, asked her for I.d which she sent, called helpline to be told nothing showing of her win,so I agree with others tombola is fraudulent

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with us just now. All of our games are tested independently and we are licensed by the UK Gambling commission to ensure the games are fair and that all players have the same fair chance of winning. The results which the Random Number Generator we use produces cannot be pre-selected, manipulated or influenced, therefore the amount staked, whether a player withdraws or the length of time they have been a member has no influence whatsoever on your chances of winning. We would be happy to discuss this with you further and check the game for you. If you would like to contact Customer Service who are available 24/7 via email, live chat and freephone, we will be more than happy to help. Take care, team tombola

SCAMBOLA - over 900 in 3-4 weeks with literally 0 return. Used to get a decent return but the past month or so has been shocking to say the least.

Thank you for your review. We do have one of the highest RTP in the industry but the games are so popular that does mean lots of players are in for a chance of winning. Best of luck for your future games! Take care, team tombola
Discrimination
Joined tombola they suspended my account account because someone self excluded in the past that lived with me.
I didnt know when i married my wife that self excludes me.
They said because she put money in my bank account and i spent on bingo im facilitating her.
Utter nonsense this is discrimination.
I asked for my money to be returned if they think thats the case they refused.
So they banned me because my wife self excluded herself and then more than happy to keep that money
Clearly contradicts only £40 but really awful they still want to keep the money
It will cosy at least £500 to action a deadlock letter to regulator so we will go that route
