Worst company, deceitful advertising! Do not order from them. They say clothing is American made, shipped from America. It’s not, shipped from China! Then when I wanted to return, told I have to ship to Dubai. They start offering a pittance of original purchase price and offer to let me keep product. I emailed back and forth for about two weeks, finally gave up and accepted half of what I paid. Never ever order from them. Product is nothing like the pictures either, cheap fabric, no texture. Mad at myself for falling for this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR OTHER NAMES THEY USE!

The product is not what it looks like in the advertising. My product came with transparent material, loose threads and the colour was different. The fabric resembled cheap suit lining... Attempts to get a full refund were met with partial offers, blaming the issues on my taste or preferences and in most instances failing to even address my concerns at all. During my process to receive only a partial refund their refund policy - which I reminded them of changed. Steer clear !

My order arrived well packaged. True to size and description. I would have liked an acknowledgement of my order when I ordered. I was worried you hadn’t received it and I may have been scammed. But pleased with reply to my email when I enquired.

I likes the length of the clothes ( arms and body). As expected. Size fits perfectly. Colour a little bit different than expected. Globally, a good purchase.

I was so looking forward to getting these dresses, however the sizing is completely wrong, not at all true to size!!!! They were way too small. Hope they can be returned??

The dress I received looked very different to the dress in their ads. It was poorly made and very poor quality fabric. It was a similar colour and not much else. I am now battling with them to get a refund. I would highly advise against buying from this seller.

I have had no notification of when this will arrive or an order # but the amount of nearly $70.00 is showing on my Visa under Richesive and I have had no package. I am beginning to this this is a scam.
Finally got after much back and forth. The product was cheap and I would not wear it. They first offered me $8 and to keep it instead of returning. Ended up they gave me $20. If return it goes to Dubai and customer has to pay. Will report to BBB. I don't think they even read my emails and don't think they speak English as answers indicate. Do not shop here. I am out $50.Cdn
