I bought 3 dresses, and none fit, and they are all cheaply made. I purchased them with the understanding that they were made in the US. They came wrapped in China labeled covers. I don't believe for a minute that they were made in the US.
Took a long to get them.
Now I am trying to return them, and their "easy return" button doesn't even work on their site.
They are a rip-off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I wish I had looked at these reviews before I bought.
Now I am out $100 and I feel used. I also went on FB and put out a post to not buy from this company.

They lied - in August when I ordered it said everything was made in the US, I even contacted them to confirm it because it seemed unlikely. They assured me it was true. I finally got my order 6 weeks later and it is clearly marked "made in China". They have changed their website and now say it is made in Vietnam and Philippines - which is also not true because it is made in CHINA. I wouldn't care if they had been honest about it.

Ordered 2 dresses. Received them in 2 weeks. The dresses were flimsy and not made well so the fit was not good. I requested a refund for my purchase and they offered $15 and keep the dresses. I replied that I wanted full refund knowing I would pay for return shipping costs and Tluly went silent. I would not make a purchase from this company. The clothes are poorly made and they obviously do not stand by their product. You will loose money and be dissatisfied.

The items I ordered are what I expected.The only problem is the swim suit top is way small. I would order again from them

Shipping is fast and they give me a discount and the clothes are as pictured I love them!!

I ordered a dress and it never came. My credit card was charged. They gave a tracking link which was a hoax. This is not a company to shop from. It is a scam!

Both dresses were very nice and fit me. The blue dress was just a little tight but fit. I am happy with both and especially like the fabric and fit of the off white dress.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.

The items were received quickly, and the sizing was as indicated in the sizing charts. It’s important to pay attention to the sizing charts for each individual item, as a medium in one item, maybe in fact be a small in another.

Efficient, timely and very nice jacket

The shirts I ordered looked exactly as described. Quality seems to be great. Delivery was a bit slow, but I knew this from previous reviews, so I was not concerned. I wouldn't hesitate to order form them again.

My order was delivered quickly. It was left as requested.

The three items I ordered were super cute. Two came at once, and the black dress came later. I had only wish they’d come in time for me to take them to Las Vegas. It does take a while to get your item shipped though. I am very happy with what I got, and I’m actually gifting one of the three dresses to my daughter for her birthday this week as she’s going on a girls trip.

I placed an order for over $200. My bank sent me a possible fraud alert…thank God. Then I got an email from my bank, cautioning the same and noticed that the merchant being paid my $200 was not Tully , and it was in the UK. I looked up the name of the merchant and it was a makeup distributor. I reported it as fraud to my bank and the order has been cancelled. The bank replaced the money in my account. No not buy from this company.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I’m sure I’ll enjoy wearing it for years to come.

The dress advertised at US$53.98 looked really lovely in the picture, but when my order arrived I was horrified to see that it was NOTHING like it. The real thing looked hideous, the pattern was different, and the material was fit only for an op-shop dollar specials rack. FALSE ADVERTISING at its worst. If I can post side-by-side photos of it here, I will.

Happy with the dress and fairly quick delivery.
