When this company TJ Services mobility Bridgend done my bathroom Adaption I thought it was going to be great but from day one I wished that I could have had a different company in to do it as every day they were at my house was a disaster each day things went from bad to worse the mess they made was terrible they didn't even clean up after each day they didn't even put enough protection on my stairs and landing carpets to protect them there tools were everywhere they damaged my carpets and had to replace them stairs and landing, after they eventually finished the work in my bathroom so they said nothing has gone right i have had to call them out quite a few times for leaks and a broken tap and Broken toilet seat but when they came out for the broken toilet seat they just glued it but now it has broken so again I am waiting for them to come and hopefully they will replace it instead of glueing it again, I am still waiting for TJ services mobility to come and put my shower screens the right way as they fitted the screen the wrong way around and now the trims don't fit properly as the come out every day
I would never recommend TJ services mobility to do any work in anyone else's house because once the get paid for the job you will take ages for them to come back out to repair it
They give you a Guarantee but that don't mean anything it's not worth the paperwork it is written on
So good luck if you are going to use TJ services mobility Bridgend for any work

This man is an absoute pig disgusting service and charged me £85 for nothing my stairs wasnt even fixed also met a company van on the road and his road rage was absolutely disgusting flashing behind the car and was up my rear instead of overtaking AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

Jordan called on 30 December as my stairlift had an intermittent fault. He pressed the button, the lift moved, for which he charged £85. He was here a matter of minutes and did NOTHING. My daughter phoned the office to query the bill to no effect. As there is no other company available to support this make of stairlift we had to call them again when it totally failed. Ryan came, and as should have happened the first time, he investigated and repaired the problem. My daughter again phoned the office to query the first bill without success. Ryan did a really good job. Jordan did not.
