The SQWH20 box is part of our luxury range, which refers to its rigid construction and smooth matte finish as shown in the product images. However, we completely understand that expectations can vary. Customer feedback is very important to us, and we are always open to ways we can improve our products.

we did not receive our order because…
we did not receive our order because they tried to deliver on a saturday. We were not there. They said they would try again and they did not. We called and asked them to try to deliver again and they said we would have to pay. So we cancelled. Terrible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be.
From the tracking information provided by Evri, the driver reported being unable to deliver due to access restrictions at the address. When we spoke, you kindly explained that the delivery address is a business located at the docks, behind a gate, and that staff are only present until 4pm. The service selected at checkout was an 8am–8pm delivery window, and as Evri drivers are self-employed, they may attempt delivery at any point within that timeframe, including Saturdays.
One of our colleagues recommended alternative options, including upgrading to a pre-12pm service with DPD, which may have been more suitable for your business hours. We also offered to speak with our account manager to see if anything further could be done before proceeding. However, at your request, we cancelled the order and issued a refund.
We’re always happy to help find the best delivery option for specific access requirements, and we’d be more than willing to assist if you decide to order with us again in the future.

Very happy with the quality of all the items we got. Nice to be able to get things in smaller bulk amounts, which means I could shop here for my wedding favour packaging. Would highly recommend!

Great product and efficient after sales service. Shame about Evri couriers who have a poor reputation that is well deserved . They failed to deliver the package. The order was sent out again without question and was delivered by DWP promptly and without damage.
