My partner and I recently visited the London King’s Road gallery and were met by Rachael whom we immediately took to. We looked at several sofas that we wanted to see paired with other chairs which meant re-arranging things, all done with a smile and total professionalism. We settled on a few pieces and went home to measure-up. Over the course of a few days, we received layouts & swatches which Rachael provided for us to make sure we got the measurements & colours right. Her responses to my emails were swift and concise, even on the weekend!
She and gallery manager Chloe even came to the house in Sussex to offer advise to ensure the items would fit.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience and can’t wait to receive the items in our home. The only slight disappointment is the delivery dispatch times. But I suppose one has to view it as ‘good things come to those who wait’.

I recently purchased a piece from the Tottenham Court store in London, and received truly excellent service from Keelin, who was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. A wonderful customer experience to complement the wonderful furniture available.

Sam was excellent throughout the entire process - consistently responsive and patient with all my questions about measurements, configurations, fabric options, and delivery timelines. Buying made-to-order furniture is an investment, and you want to get it right. Sam took the time to walk me through different layout options, arranged a professional access check to ensure delivery would work for my space, and provided clear guidance every step of the way; would highly recommend working with him.

It has been a delight in dealing with Rachael, great customer service and a pleasure to speak with. A quality product accompanies the excellent service.

Keelin has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She guided me through the entire journey, from the very first visit and design discussions, right through to finalising the order and arranging delivery with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable.

This has been one of the best retail experiences I’ve had with Timothy Oulton, and that is entirely down to Keelin. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation — honestly, if I could give 6 stars (or more), I would.

It is so unusual these days to come across a company that both focuses on quality and outstanding class service. The showroom is just amazing on the kings road, and next to the absolute best bar/cafe/restaurant which is in itself high quality, with great service and has a killer outside space that is a must in the summer.

The showroom is a feast for the eyes with unique pieces and it just oozes quality.

We stumbled across the place a couple of years ago and have bought from them a couple of times.

Olivia is just amazing, very patient, engaging and takes time to get to know her customers. That is what service is all about. They cannot do enough for you and go over and beyond.

Great customer service and amazing products

I visited the Kings Road store to look for some furniture for my new flat. I met the charming Rachel who really knows her products. Rachel very quickly found my style and was very knowledgeable about construction and fabrics. I have to say the visit was very educational and I came away feeling very positive about the quality of the products I am interested in. Rachel's professionalism, knowledge and advice were really reassuring and I'm excited to work with her in the future.

After browsing your website I rang the Bluebird Gallery and spoke to Rachel about several items I had seen. She was so helpful and professional that now I can't wait to visit the store and view the items in real life. I hope I manage to visit on a day when Rachel is working. Great customer service, thank you Rachel.

My Wife and I along with our son spent most of today at the Bluebird Gallery choosing new living room furniture.
We had an idea of what we wanted but there is nothing like being in the gallery with all the different pieces on show and viewing each bit up close in person.
Rachel and Sam, the team members at the Bluebird Gallery could not have been more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, they were on hand for any questions we had no matter how random but not once encroached on our space giving us plenty of time to chat amongst ourselves with our ideas but also offered sound advice whenever we asked for a professional opinion.
Their knowledge of the product options and finishes were faultless.
Rachel and Sam moved multiple pieces of furniture around the gallery to try to replicate our home living area to ensure we were happy with the sizes and layout of each piece and encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable to ensure it all felt right.
The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable and i can not thank both Rachel and Sam for their help and the flawless experience we had today.
I love the brand but the people who work there, like Thomas, Rachel and Sam play a huge part in making it so special.

I couldn't praise the service highly enough. Thomas Payne, the Gallery Manager, went out of his way to ensure that my order was completed to a very high standard indeed, with attention to detail. It was a pleasure to do business with such a pleasant, helpful and amiable person. I would definitely recommend Timothy Oulton's products, which are undoubtedly second to none.

We were intrigued by a coffee table based on a trunk that we saw on-line - thought it would be ideal to finish off our sitting room in Yorkshire. We did buy it - but never expected such an experience. There is an amazing range of things to look at and try out - a garden house based on a lunar excursion module (a bit bigger than the original), a dividing wall/display shelves made to look like drums, mirrors which seem to be metres deep - oh, and don't forget the yellow submarine in the aquarium. Rachael Hall looked after us and provided coffee so we could sit at the table and try it out. Having been distracted by the many other fascinating things in the shop we made it over to the bar (they sell those too) to make our purchase - Rachael regaled us with interesting information about the shop's origins and provided some champagne (I did say it was a bar) whilst she wrestled the IT into submission so she could take our order. In total we spent more than an hour in the shop - a very pleasant Saturday afternoon with staff (not only Rachael but also her colleagues) who made us feel like welcome guests, not just customers. Perhaps the best shopping experience ever!!

Chloe really went above and beyond to help make sure my experience was great. During my selection + ordering process she was so communicative and helpful and frankly, she overdelivered! It arrived as scheduled and the quality surpassed my expectations. Truly think whenever I am ready for another sofa, I will return because this was so easy and the product is so high quality!
