UK Design Excellence
It was an excellent, thoroughly enjoyable showroom experience on Kings Rd - I have long admired the story and vision behind Timothy Oulton and it did not disappoint. Rachel was a true brand ambassador - loved hearing about the attributes and aesthetics for each design. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and quirky top notch furniture showroom on Tottenham Court Road
Just visiting the beautiful and quirky showroom on Tottenham Court Road was an absolute delight. The items on show are top notch quality but also fabulous and often unique creative design. The Saddle Chair and Footstool is not just sculpturally impressive, it is wonderfully comfortable. I really hope we end up buying one, as on this visit I just took home a couple of lambskin bolster cushions which convert any straight backed chair or chesterfield into the ultimate in lumbar support!
We had seen a few Timothy Oulton items in Guildford Barker and Stonehouse but it is much more exciting and inspiring to see them in the showroom. Keelin O’Shea was particularly helpful and informative and made us feel like welcome guests rather than ordinary shoppers and sent us images of our prospective purchases in different layouts. I particularly enjoyed being brought a tray of tea in the royal china whilst trying out a particularly comfortable sofa. I’m wondering whether if I visit the bigger showroom in Chelsea, will there be cake ?🤣!

Beautiful showroom
I was very impressed by this beautiful showroom. We were assisted by Sam, who was very knowledgeable, and could answer any questions I had. He was happy to let us wander round, with just the right level of helpfulness. The whole process of ordering was straightforward, despite there being plenty of choices of leather and finishes.

Where to start. What an incredible and inspiring showroom at Tottenham Court Road. So much to look at. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Great Hospitality
Fantastic store with some very interesting and obscure pieces that you wouldn't find in most furniture shops. The staff were fantastic; we were offered drinks while browsing, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. The sofa selection was very good and I ended up purchasing one for my new house. I would thoroughly recommend visiting them and can't thank the staff enough.

Where do I start? 5 stars to Chloe!
Where do I start? We were mis-sold a fabric quality by the Timothy Oulton distributor in ANZ, which faded badly within 18 months. We had spent over £8000 on a fabulous new Nest sofa and which now looked like a 15 year-old badly worn piece in a student house! To be fair, we didn't notice the full extent until the sofa was unpacked after a 3 month shipment across the world back to London. On our return to the UK we went to discuss the issue at the TO flagship store in King's Road. The store manager, Chloe, was amazing. She listened fully, she understood the situation quickly, saying that Timothy Oulten would take full responsibility, and would re-cover the sofa at no cost. The original fabric should never have been sold to us, due to the intense sunlight in ANZ, so the fading would always occur. As a result, we were recommended an alternative fabric. It will arrive in 3 months.
So, we are full brand advocates once more! TO need to sharpen up on how they train their international distributors, but for us, the service and customer experience in the King's Road London store was amazing.
