Long-time customer cancelling due to constant VPS crashes
Long-time customer of Time4VPS here, but past couple of years the rented VPS used to crash every couple of days. Support was not helpful except for repeating over and over that it is unmanaged VPS, the fact we were aware of. It was hapening basically every day in past month. We migrated to Contabo and behold - no more crashes with the same setup (!). SO you know who has problems with their infrastructure.
They also been steadily increasing prices on their old VPS every year.
Cheap yes, reliable no.
Edit: not even cheap as the VPS setup was like 8-years old and you can likely find better or similar prices both on Hetzner or Contabo as far as we checked.

While it’s true that our servers are unmanaged, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with frequent crashes — especially when the setup worked fine elsewhere. We regret that we weren't able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or offer a more helpful path forward during that time.
It's possible that differences in hardware, resource allocation, or virtualization technology contributed to the stability you're now experiencing with your new provider. That said, we take all such feedback seriously and will be reviewing this internally to see where we can improve — both in terms of infrastructure monitoring and how we support our users, even on unmanaged services.
We also understand your concern about pricing. While we do our best to keep costs low, some adjustments are occasionally necessary to sustain and improve the service. We recognize this can be frustrating and truly appreciate your loyalty over the years.

Server reboot issues
I have been using this service for last 4-5 years but nowadays the servers getting stuck often and cannot reboot soon, we have to wait until a technical expert comes.. very frustrated with the service.

I have been using the Time4VPS service from around 9 years. What i have to say is its been very reliable and stable. Also if I ever needed support or help there is always someone that can resolve your problem or answer your question.
For example i had issue with discount not applied to invoice and thanks to support 'Michail' It was immediately resolved. If you're looking for vps i highly recommend it.

Wonderful again
Wonderful again. Every time I have a request, I get an excellent support response. They don't hesitate to say "No, can't be done at the moment", instead of bothering you as 1-2-1 or the strato-sferic boys.
There are many things Time4Vps cannot do, but they do what they say and they say what they do.
