I used Time4VPS for a while and was very happy with the service – everything worked smoothly and reliably.
Recently, I decided to close my account, and Ieva from the support team was incredibly helpful.
She made sure everything was handled exactly as I requested, including confirming the legal retention of invoice data and closing the account properly.

Great support, stable services
First, never had downtime or some major outage with their services.

Their hosting was nice at first
Their hosting was nice at first, but through time it got catastrophic.
At first glance everything seems OK, but when you start using their services problems arise.
What they advertise among other things is disk space but what they conceal is that you can not use it because you are limited with i-nodes.
Because of that limitation when using databases on the server you can use cca 10% of advertised disk space.
When I transferred a server away from them I could not even back-up databases because of i-node limit and had to manually backup and transfer away 1 by 1 database.
Compared with similar server elsewhere they offer cca 64x less i-nodes per server.

It was not changed for a long time, so you should have notice earlier that the server has inode usage.
To expand:
Yes — every server has limited resources (CPU, RAM, disk I/O, inodes, etc.). If certain limits are exceeded, performance can degrade, tasks may fail, or access might become restricted.
Specifically for inode limits: the server doesn’t just “shut off” when inodes run out. Rather, certain operations (like creating new files, inserting rows in databases, writing logs, etc.) will fail until inode usage is reduced.
In situations where inode usage has exceeded the allowed limit, one common recovery approach is to access the server via Emergency Console and delete or archive unneeded files (temporary files, logs, cache, old backups, etc.) to bring usage back down. Once usage falls below the limit, normal file operations can resume.
We believe this was explained when you have contacted the support team.
Regarding your account: we’ve tried to look up your details but haven’t been able to locate a matching user record (it’s possible different contact info, username, or spelling was used). If you can share those, we’d be happy to dig deeper and see what we can do.

Great prices, great customer service, great servers
I have been a customer of Time4VPS for the past 3 years, and I am very happy with their Linux VPS service, as well as their customer service. Tickets are usually responded to super fast, and they've been very helpful. I have been assisted by Michail mostly, and he's been great.
Their web portal is super useful, it includes an "emergency" terminal, so when I mess up SSH or firewall configuration, I can still access my server, this has saved me countless times.
The servers themselves are fast. They can easily handle the services I've used them for.
Would recommend this specific company to anyone asking for a VPS host in the future.

Very Very Bad.
Very bad construction, and service. I get suspended right after the payment is done with that i need to change my personal details because they think it is not true.
Now i can't reach anybody that can solve this, and my money is gone. Never buying something again here.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your account and service suspension.
When you created your account, you agreed to our Terms of Service, which clearly state that accurate personal information must be provided. During a routine verification, we identified discrepancies in the account’s first and last name — information that was clearly false:

In such cases, as per our Terms, we are required to take action. We sent an email requesting the correction of the account details, and allowed a 3-day window to update the information. Since no response or update was received, the account was suspended due to a Terms of Service violation.
We understand this can be frustrating, but as a service provider, we have the right — and responsibility — to enforce our policies to ensure security and compliance for all users.
