Fast delivery, very helpful and good stuff

This is my second order with Timber 2U. Both were the lowest price compared to competitors. Both orders were for Iroko and both were top quality, accurately cut/planed and delivered on Time. Highly recommended!

Easy to find what I needed, quick and easy to order online, fast delivery, nice piece of oak, finished off my fireplace a treat. Thanks Timber2udirect would recommend.

Effectant and reliable sorted a couple of problems no questions asked would definitely recommend even as it was running through xmas period we had a brilliant service and lovely delivery men couldn't ask for more mrs share WS3 3NW

The board we had delivered were not overly straight or good quality

It was very easy to make an order, I was told when to expect the delivery. It did indeed arrive on time and well packed, the wood is excellent quality and very good value for money.
I would highly recommend the company.

I recently purchased the Bullnose Oak Window Board 25mm Thick - 250mm, 2000mm. The product itself is of great quality and I am happy with my choice. There was a slight issue with the product being damaged during transit, though this has been rectified.

The oak products I ordered from Timber2udirect where perfect!
High quality oak & delivered on time - Highly recommend them and I will be ordering from them again soon.

Very happy with product but despite giving clear delivery instructions on our order they were not followed and it was only by luck that our friendly post man spotted our name on the parcel left in the porch of a block of flats exactly where the instructions said to avoid.

Delivered following working day from very pleasant deliverer and all individually well wrapped too 100%
Thankyou

The product was clearly advertised, was easy to order, was delivered really quickly (next day), was well packaged and was of top quality when delivered - great service, thank you!

Fast delivery, however product let down by some of the edges being damaged and in some places the planks were split.

Really good quality and value and the company are really responsive and customer focused. Only improvement could be if you got notice of delivery so you can arrange to be at home for large items.

First timber arrived damaged, rapidly replaced at no cost .Excellent service , Thank you.

Exactly what I needed lovely oak windowsills and very helpful in retooling to give me the chamfer I wanted at minimal cost- the only place I could find for such a long piece of oak

They delivered when they said they would, even when I ordered more, and then due to my own mistake I needed to change some of it to different size, and because of time constraint I took it back and exchanged with no problem excellent customer service
