Great quality cedar batons. Arrived promptly and look fantastic as my new fence. Would recommend and use again.

Ordered via web site some oak square edged skirting, later informed that the held stock was not fit for purpose. My contact Mark was very helpful & friendly, he responded by arranging a new mill run, the wood was then delivered with a week. The wood came well wrapped and when opened I found the quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend Timber2u and would use again if required

Unfortunately my items were out of stock and I was not advised, after about 2 weeks I called and I was advised they were out of stock and delivery would be around another 2 weeks. The items were delivered on the advised date but the delay did impact on progressing my works. The product was fine.

Excellent service. Quality products. Well wrapped for delivery . Will definitely use again.

Great product, speedy delivery with a top notch service.

Did what it said on the tin and in the timeframe offered. Such a welcome change these days

Brilliant customer service and beautiful product. The Western Red Cedar just looks a million dollars. Thank you Timber2Udirect!

Went above and beyond to get what I needed in 2days delivered👍👍

I ordered some cedar and was really happy, price was much better than local timber yard and quality was just as promised. Also had a small issue with wrong size tin for protective oil, the guys responded to my email immediately and sent a replacement the next day. Great service and will definitely use again, you can buy from here with confidence

From start to finish everything went to plan. The delivery was on time. The quantity and the quality was as expected. Would definitely use them again and we have recommended them to another perspective client.

Thanks to the team for all the advice and questions answered prior to placing our order.

Fabulous service from initial contact to delivery. Right from the get go requesting samples the response was beyond helpful and really efficient. The delivery of west red cedar cladding arrived first thing this morning. A beautiful product that I can’t wait to fit , it’ll look amazing. Just wanted to say thanks to all concerned , particularly Mark who dealt with the order and updated the progress and special thanks to the couriers who on an absolute stinker of a day dropped the timber straight into the garage to save it from the monsoon rains . Thanks guys that was beyond helpful. And thank you all at timber 2u .

Fabulous service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful. I’m really happy with the solid oak I bought for my porch.

Great team and great timber! Delivered on time and western red Cedar in great condition.

Delivery was on time, left where asked and good value, and good quality of timber.

Timber Came on time and in good order very pleased.

They did what they did when they said they were going to do it, product as described, unusual in this day and age, 100%, certainly recommended.
