I ordered some sample tiles, really easy site to navigate, the whole process was easy and free, they kept me well informed of the order and delivery was ridiculously quick! Can't fault them.

This companies outstanding service commenced from the start with the provision of free samples, greatly assisting in our style choice. Once chosen, it was a simple matter of using the QR code attached to the chosen sample tile to complete our order, which was promptly delivered when promised.

Excellent customer service response ti e was swift and unfaultable truly a pleasure to do business with and quality of tiles are great ..
First delivery was exceptionally packaged like I've never seen no one tile damaged second delivery had some damage and was swiftly replaced with no quibbles...

Great all round - my 'groan' is cost of elivery and of course, I understand all the feedback on why its expensive but I do think delivery is expensive. Choice of tiles is excellent.

This company was a joy to deal with. I had a really helpful customer experience with Jade who was so helpful and made the changes swiftly and exchanged tiles which i had ordered by mistake online. All the refunds and exchanges were implemented instantly and they were super helpful. Delivery was on time and i would definitely recommend Tiles360 and will definitely use them again.

I ordered sample tiles to help us make a decision on the final decor for our newly refurbished bathroom. The tiles were sent out free if charge, great service.

Tiles arrived very quickly and when I phoned and asked for two more tiles of one if them as the shades were different on each tile they quickly send me two more.

Prompt delivery good tiles

I ordered some samples and some were just pieces of tiles that didn’t make up a whole so you couldn’t see how the tile would look. What was the point? I wouldn’t bother ordering my tiles from them on this experience.

Sample arrived quickly, the call was picked up immediately. And all the answers were really helpful and friendly.

Really great communication brilliant updates Tiles delivered as requested by a helpful & polite guy & to top it off the tiles are absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend & will be using this company again.

On the website, the tile l liked was showing in an example photo, which was the exact photo that was in a brochure of what l thought was the same tile , so l asked fora sample to double check.
Which l received fairly quickly which was good. Only thing was when l put there tile against the sample tile l already had the colouring sadly was very different.

Ordered 2 boxes of tiles ,but didn't like the delivery cost (£45)so I phoned to see if they had any discount code.
The woman on the phone was lovely,
she said "by the sound of it you have a Scouse accent"! ( Cheeky) But they have a warehouse in Runcorn I could collect from. So that's what I did .so no complaints from me.

Unfortunately they don't accept returns of unopened boxes of tiles, only entire orders, which is misleading as they talk about easy returns on their website. It is quite normal to order more tiles than you need in case of breakages and return the unused ones.

Also, if you want to return a full order you have to find your own pallet delivery company and return it at your own expense.

Fast delivery and the tiles were stunning

Negative on delivery: I had a smallish order of tiles which were attached to a large and unnecessary wooden pallet and left outside my front gate because the wooden pallet was too wide to come in my gate. The tiles were too heavy for me to lift so had to be left on the street until someone came to help me. I don't blame the delivery guy. I blame the company for dumping a far to large and unnecessary wooden pallet on me rendering it impossible to get my delivery to my front door.
