Shocking!!
Shocking!!! I purchased a bracelet in April it snapped in August. Returned to Tiffany and they said there is no fault with the bracelet and want £90.00 to fix. No warranty, no goodwill.
DO NOT BUY Anything
This is a zero rated review
I was given a pair of Tiffany earrings as a retirement gift. The first time I wore them, I lost one. The backs are not great quality. I followed the procedure and printed out their form and returned the remaining earring and asked for a replacement 2nd one. That was 2 & half months ago!!!! I received no acknowledgment that the item had been received and I have had to chase for updates. They tried telling me that they had emailed with a price and were waiting for me to respond but I received no such email ( and yes, I always check my spam folder). On 9th September they responded to one of my many emails advising my replacement would be ready on 18th September at which point they would be in touch. It’s now 3rd October and I am still waiting.
Tiffany & Co should be looking at all of the bad reviews on here and doing something about it - but obviously their customer care, don’t care.
Great Customer Service
Pleasantly surprised when visiting the Old Bond Street store that the Tiffany necklace and ring my wife was wearing were cleaned to look like new at no cost.
Don’t respond to emails
Awful service
Awful service! Never received my order and emailed them and called multiple times, no update from them as they don’t know where my orders are after 16days of the purchase. They took the payment and I end up with no product. Never going to buy from them again!!
Staff don't even know their policies…
Staff don't even know their policies and sizing. I asked one of them the size between Hong Kong and US, that staff gave me wrong answer.
I asked UK Tiffany, they said they can ship overseas. But after I purchased and I want an exchange they said they didn't provide delivery services. I need to send the exchange item by myself and they can't send the exchange item out of UK.
Low quality products with an even lower…
Low quality products with an even lower quality after care procedure.
I had purchased a pair of earrings on the 30th April. I had worn them a handful of times and noticed the backs where really loose. They kept falling out after only 1 month so I had emailed to ask if they came with any warranty which they didn't.
They advised I would have to send them back at my own cost then I would be invoiced a minimum of £75 for a repair then I would have to pay them £10 to send them back to me. As this seemed excessive i purchased new backs myself.
I worn them ONCE with my new backs and one fell out and unfortunately went missing. I called tiffany to explain that I raised the issue 1 month after buying the earrings but all they said was I had to send the 1 I still have back so that this can be assessed, again at my own cost. Also, you have to print out a form that needs to be sent with the earrings, not much help if you don't have access to a printer and there is no option to just fill this out online and send the goods back with an order number attached.
Obviously they would find no issue with the 1 I still have left. I feel like they should at least offer some sort of warranty given the cost of the products and they definitely need a different process when it comes to faulty goods.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - PURCHASE WITH CARE
On June 12th, 2024, I purchased a Tiffany Bean necklace with engraving for my daughter's 21st birthday, which was on June 26th. It is now June 27th, and the necklace has not been delivered. Despite numerous frustrating calls to customer service, I have received no emails from Tiffany's and have been given conflicting explanations for the delay.
This experience has been absolutely appalling. Tiffany's used to be a premium brand, but I no longer believe that to be the case. If I could, I would cancel the order and take my business to a company that values honesty and respects its customers
Tiffany. A premium luxury brand? Think again.
Having received an appalling service from their 'boutique' store in Selfridges Birmingham, (I'll not go into detail here, but suffice to say, it brought my wife to tears) I decided to write a letter of complaint to Tiffany & Co UK Customer Services Department (now there's an oxymoron). I received an automated message back 5 weeks ago to confirm receipt and since then...... tumbleweed.
Having spent many thousands of pounds at Tiffany stores all over the world, I wouldn't buy so much as a cleaning cloth from them every again.
If anyone at Tiffany is reading this and the vast majority of the other reviews on here, it's time to take stock or become the modern day equivalent of Ratners Jewellers.
Great experience at Harrods & Royal Exchange London branches
Seems like I got lucky with the branches I went to based on other reviews - the staff were great at both Harrods in Knightsbridge, and the Royal Exchange at Bank. Very friendly, attentive, gave us a seat, drinks, chocolates while we waited for them to bring out the items we wanted to see. The attendant in Harrods gave us his whatsapp so we could contact him very easily, and he reserved a ring for me at the Royal Exchange (which was more convenient for me to get to). He even checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with it. The attendant at the Royal Exchange told me to ask for her by name if I ever had an issue and needed to come back. Really top notch!
It seems like there are a lot of bad branches out there so I suggest these ones if you want to buy from them

Tiffany.co.uk Client Care ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tiffany Client Care customer service are absolutely appalling. I purchased a gift card for the value of £900 on 20 February 2024 as a leaving gift for our manager. The gift card arrived nicely boxed but my manager has been unable to redeem the card online. I have contacted Tiffany countless times by both email and phone. Nobody ever responds and this situation is still not resolved. This is a lot of money that was collected in good faith. The situation is causing me sleepless nights and endless stress. I've never encountered such appalling customer service from anywhere in all my life. I just wish I'd never purchased this gift card. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Asked me to pay for repair of their broken bracelet!
I just had the worst experience at Tiffany shop in Marylebone and have been really put off by the brand customer service.
I have quite a few items from Tiffany and have always thought they would undoubtedly offer free repair of their own product if this broke. However, today, after making a purchase of another Tiffany ring, they told me that I need to pay for the repair of the bracelet that broke after couple of years wearing it from my own pocket for more than a quarter of the bracelet’s price. This is ridiculous. I have had several experiences with other brands (Cartier as an example) and they have always without any charge offered alterations/repairs and even gave me gifts for inconvenience. This what I have had expected from Tiffany as well.
Sadly, but I have been really put off by this experience and have no intention to come back to them any longer as the brand clearly doesn’t treat their regular customers the right way.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought 2 wedding bands online. Ridiculously easy incorrectly sized. Booked an appointment at Old Bond Street store to exchange for correct sizes. Had no faith in exchanging online as sizing was so widely out. Thought the Bond Street experience would add something to our wedding. WRONG! Empty store with the most disinterested, dismissive staff at every level, from the security to reception/hostess to the personal shopper who could have been any less interested if she tried. Appalling customer service to the point of rudeness. Not special at all. AVOID. Go somewhere else. Tiffany add nothing to a special occasion. We will probably refuse be and go somewhere else. Not sure I want a reminder of such terrible customer service on my finger every day.
Cheap jewellery
Terrible quality jewellery that breaks after not many wears. With a £75 repair cost for something that should be under warranty
Tiffany allows your parcels to be left at a closed front door on main road when no-one is around to sign for it
They Left a TIFFANY PARCEL ON MY DOORSTEP WHICH IS ON A MAIN ROAD!!!!!!!
Good grief, I will NOT be buying again from you. Do you not vet your delivery companies to make sure Tiffany parcels are signed for !? Absolutely shocked! Taking a picture of a box at a closed door on a main road does not constitute SAFE and RESPONSIBLE delivery. Furthermore customers have no comeback if it’s nicked because delivery company have a picture of a box at a closed door. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DISGRACEFUL.
Every time I speak to their customer…
Every time I speak to their customer service I get somebody who is either uninterested or arrogant. I expect so much more from a customer service point of view from a business which prides itself on having the best service and being extremely high quality. We're not talking about cheap products here yet they treat you like you will shopping at B&M. In fact B&M are more helpful.
I will never ever be using the service ever again, it really is a joke.
My daughter's 18th Birthday ruineded
I have been a loyal Tiffany customer, buying memorable Christmas and Birthday presents for relatives. We can't afford much of the beautiful Tiffany products but it has a good entry level which suits us. The girls love the coloured box, the ribbon, the pouch, the whole gift experience of Tiffany.
It was my daughters 18th birthday. The iconic Tiffany purchase of earrings was made and given to her on this special day. But when she opened it nothing was inside. I was devastated and so so sad that her main present wasn't there. The message we requested on card..blank.
I contacted them straight away, very upset, let down and explained what had happened. They said they would check what has happened.
I had to call back as no response. Then they went on to say that there was video evidence of the distributor putting the gift together so implied that my daughter had lost them when opening up her gift or they were so small that they are still hiding in the pouch.
I stated this was not the case and asked for the video which they said they would send. No video provided.
I contacted them again, explaining that they have not been lost or dropped they were never in the pouch. Asked again for the video...no video provided. They are accepting no responsibility and continuing to imply we have lost them. Case closed. Frankly ridiculous. What 'excellent' customer service. They are said they are not implying I am a liar but we have lost them.
Thank you for ruining my daughters birthday, ruining my faith in the Tiffany brand and providing terrible service by not believing your customer and providing no evidence.
So disappointed in Tiffany! We bought a platinum & diamond wedding…
We bought a platinum & diamond wedding band in 2019, 4 years on and it was catching on delicate fabrics & felt sharp in places, a local jeweller inspected & suggested I return to Tiffany. This is where my problem started... I attempted to call Tiffany to explain, when I eventually spoke to someone, all they suggested was returning using the form on their website. The nearest Tiffany store is 100 miles away, but I was reluctant to send a valuable and sentimental item by post. Eventually, after much discussion, the condescending & not very helpful person in their London Client Care dept. said her colleague in another team would be able to raise a return note & would contact me. That was over 10 days ago & I'm still waiting. Whilst waiting, I've checked other reviews...it seems Tiffany have a very low level of after sales care. Based on this, I would not purchase or recommend Tiffany - really disappointing. Please Tiffany, contact me & prove you do care!!
5 Stars for Tiffany & Co. Covent Garden
I recently visited the Tiffany & Co. store located in Covent Garden looking for a new diamond eternity wedding band for my upcoming anniversary. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor from all of the sales associates working there. I had the pleasure of working with Anais, who was the sales associate that helped me throughout the entire process from picking out the ring that I wanted, making sure it was the right size and then completing my purchase. Throughout my shopping experience, Anais was extremely kind, caring, professional and most importantly, helpful. She made my experience absolutely seamless from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend the TIffany & Co. store in Covent Garden to anyone looking to buy beautiful jewelry from extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and helpful sales associates!
