Had high hopes..
Ordered the luxury line hotel towels, (I had previously ordered the face towels to test them and they were fine). They arrived with pulled loops and frayed threads on almost EVERY towel! The only ones which were damage free were the face towels I believe. One also arrived with a small stain. Furthermore, upon washing, the texture changed entirely. They went from soft (albeit, thinner than I was expecting) to scratchy, as if I’d had them a decade (basing this off the towels I was replacing, which are in better shape and I actually have had for a decade). I washed the towels with no detergent or fabric conditioner (I am well aware of the 1st wash process for towels).
I emailed Tielle and they were very quick to respond offering a full refund which is good, although I haven’t had it yet. They assured me that it wasn’t up to their standards which I believe as I’ve ordered bed linen previously which has been lovely. Hopefully it was just a dodgy batch. Saying that, I ordered a jumbo bale plus 2 bath sheets so it’s quite a few to be affected. Packaging was lovely and the shipping time has always been brilliant. Just a shame that the towels were such bad quality on this occasion.

We're really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your towels, we agreed that they certainly weren't to our usual high quality that we pride ourselves upon and so we organised for them to be returned to us. Your refund was processed once we received the towels back and our quality control team will now inspect them. We are glad to hear that you have been pleased with our other products, our packaging and our shipping time. We will be back in touch soon, once quality control have fed back to us.
