Excellent website with good deals for theatre weekend and hotel in London. We got an upgrade at the hotel to a suite which was a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic!
Could not fault TicketTree in any way. From the moment I found them on the internet until we were enjoying our break away, the arrangements, organisation and level of care and consideration have been nothing short of excellent. The hotel was fantastic, the seats at the show we saw were fantastic. They even sent an email a few days before our trip to update us on the various delays and works being carried out on the London Underground so that our trip ran smoothly. So easy, so straightforward, excellent experience, exceptional customer service, would recommend again and again.

Fantastic break!
We've used Tickettree before and always found they provide an excellent service. This recent break represented amazing value for money-good hotel and superb theatre seats. They sent reminders plus information on any travel delays happening during the weekend.

Reliable service
We have used TicketTree a number of times now and have found them to be reliable and good value each time.
There is always a choice of tickets to suit pocket and a range of hotels to allow choice of experience.

Show fabulous. Dissappointed with train travel !
The train had cancelled all seat reservations so my friend and i could not sit together. Spoilt the trip down. And on the way back i had requested a table but we got reserved seats in different areas of the train.
Hotel was very basic but clean and tbh we werent in there very long. Staff on desk fab. Staff in breakfast room need some customer service training.
Show fabulous !!

Thank you for your feedback, we're glad to hear that you were happy on the whole with your break.
It can be frustrating when seat reservations are cancelled on a train, usually due to a prior cancelled service or other issues onboard the train itself, however I can see that the reservations for the return journey weren't as requested. They were on either side of an aisle with window seats (as requested) but not on a table (not as requested) or sat together (should definitely have been the case regardless!).
Our system for making the reservations is a little archaic and we don't get to see the seat plans, only the reserved seat numbers, meaning tracking down the exact details can be a little tricky. We've contacted our rail partner to see if there's anything that can be done from our end to assist us on this front to avoid this situation occurring again.

2 great days in London
I booked hotel theatre tickets and first class train fares via TicketTree
What a bargain!
I saved approimatley £400
Brilliant theatre seats 5 rows from the front a superb hotel and the luxury of traveling first class.
I had great communication with this company and a couple of days before I travelled I was sent an emergency telephone number in case I had any issues.
I would highly recommend TicketTree and will be using them again

Bought theatre break for family. All went very smoothly. All information was spot on. Hotel very central and excellent customer service. Will definitely use Ticket tree again.
