Was a very easy service, they were extremely helpful and all the tickets came promptly with no fuss. The only constructive feedback was the hotel wasn't as great as sold, however still nice.

I booked this overnight theatre trip last year with a view to an overnight and front row seats to Les Miserable. I had to postpone at short notice and without fuss and financial penalty my trip was moved. Retaining both hotel of choice and front row seats at the theatre. I will not hesitate in using this company again and strongly recommend there services to others.

Only problem was room at hotel . Booked a twin, hotel said we had booked a family . When went to new room it wasn't the best xx but everything else was excellent.

Excellent, I book my weekend away with ticketTree, train ,theatre, and hotel, I received all the documents and train tickets within a week , they kept fully up-to-date with emails all the information I would need, just before my departure they email me saying hope I had a lovely weekend, and updates on transport as there was going to be a train strike, and email to me whilst I was away hoping I was having a nice time , everything I asked them to do they delivered I wanted a hotel near the underground and the theatre near the shopping and it's exactly what I got, the price was the best I got quoted the customer service was 2nd to none and I had an amazing weekend stressed free, I would without a doubt recommend this company and definitely use them again many thanks .

Our trip started with a slight bump upon checking into the hotel, (The booking reference couldn't be traced) but thankfully this was soon rectified. I'd recommend keeping all of your emails and correspondence to hand.
Aside from that though, our stay was very good. The price for what we got was amazingly good value, and I would definitely use ticket tree again to get a deal like this.

Everything exactly as described and all dealt with very efficiently. The bookings (hotel and theatre) were followed up with offers of help if required (it wasn't!) and there was plenty of opportunity to raise queries or seek further information. Absolutely first class service and no hesitation in recommending to others or in using again.

hotel not very good no heating in room took about an hour for someone to come then went outside the room to check the pipe never saw him again but the seats for show were great no problem picking them up at the theatre st giles hotel not such a good experience

REVIEW EDITED as ticket tree have provided very prompt evidence that my initial belief they had mucked up was an error.. it was the actually the theatres fault!

We booked for a Saturday night performance and hotel in London. It was a very good deal. The hotel was very basic and I would not choose to stay there again but this was reflected in the price we paid. Next time I would opt to pay more for slightly better quality and nearer to the theatre, but overall it was very good value for money.
