I was treated really well by the group…
I was treated really well by the group as my wife & I could not attend a concert because of the stifling heat. We received a refund of our train fare in addition to parking. Ticket Plan requested all the necessary information required on which to make a decision for the refund and it was in my bank account within the timescale they gave me. Thanks to one & all

Ticket plan were great
Ticket plan were great, unfortunately due to my wife’s condition we were unable to go to gardeners world show, so got in touch filled in the details they needed from the drs , had an email from Ticket plan acknowledging this and subsequently had a refund excellent service.

I'm disgusted with the fact I had to send the death certificate for my father to the refund service to get my money back as to why I couldn't attend. Initially it was asked for a letter from his consultant to say why he was so sick for the reason I couldn't attend, and im sure you can appreciate the NHS was a little busy trying to keep my dad alive to write a letter!! Then when I tried again after he passed i was told unless we sent a death certificate I wouldn't get a refund.

Smooth refund. Forms relatively straightforward. Had to chase after two weeks though as I had not heard regarding a final decision.

Festival refund
The refund process was pretty straightforward, they were clear on the documents required and the timeline, comms were ok and ticket refund arrived on time, would be 5* if they covered the booking fee as well.

Refunds are quick once application submitted
We had an unexpected bereavement and 2 of our party could not attend the show. There was no time limited for submitting our application which was good because we to wait for the death certificate due the unexpected nature of the death. Once refund application submitted with all the relevant information, we were refunded quite quickly.

Claim process was easy and response time really fast. They requested some additional information which I sent and I received confirmation and my refund within a few days. A really reassuring experience and would definitely use again when I book tickets in the future for peace of mind.

Was told refund was processed as couldn’t attend. Had to chase refund 10 days on still no refund! Admin error. Hoping to receive soon or will need to chase again. Not a great experience.

Abzocke hoch zehn!
Achtung, Versicherung ist absolute Abzocke und ihr Geld nicht wert!!! Uns ging es am Veranstaltungstag so mies, dass wir das Hotelzimmer den ganzen Tag nicht verlassen konnten und sowieso hatte kein Arzt am SONNTAG offen. Der Dienstleister verweist trotzdem auf seine Policy.
Wir raten jedem davon ab, diese Versicherung abzuschließen!!!

Shocking. Loopholed me on the T&C’s of their insurance scam. I bought the insurance as I work offshore and was unsure if I’d make it back home due to the weather. I ended up getting stuck offshore and couldn’t make the Zip World event, the actual Zip World company where totally understandable and where happy to refund or keep my tickets for 6 months. These scam artists have managed to use a loophole to not pay me out.
Stay well away.
