A small problem, quickly solved.
I ordered two ticket. When they came through they were not next to each other. I contacted Customer Service by email.
Chloe very quickly corrected the problem and emailed me the correct ticket.

They refuse to give refunds, what a ridiculous policy to have!
Nothing but greed on behalf of the ticket sellers and their owners.

I am sorry you are not happy with the refund policy.
As with other major booking agents, ticket refunds can only be issued if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or a material alteration has been made to the event eg, change of venue etc.

Booked wrong tickets for show
I realised I booked tickets for a show I was unable to go to due to my children being at school. I sent an email and asked if it was possible to change the time of the show. My issue was quickly resolved by customer service worker Chloe who responded to my email quickly and changed my tickets with no issues. Such a weight off my mind.Highly recommend
