Great tickets for the FA Cup finale, The seats were fantastic, and the atmosphere was electric. Will buy again.

In december 2023 tickets gekocht voor Taylor Swift in Lyon op 3 juni 2024. Tickets leken maar niet te komen maar via de mail heeft Ticketgum mij keurig op de hoogte gehouden. Nadat ik op 3 juni 's-ochtends nog geen tickets had, heeft Ticketgum contact gezocht met de verkoper (die aangaf dat de tickets al waren verzonden) Uiteindelijk bleken de tickets in mijn SPAM box terecht gekomen te zijn. Met name voor de ondersteuning vanuit ticketgum 5 sterren.

Vi fikk billetter som var screenshot og ugyldige. Kjøper aldri mer billetter her. Mottok de tett opp mot kampstart og kampen var utsolgt. Advarsel!

Recently used ticketgum for tickets for an EPL match. They were great. They sent timely emails, answered questions I had, and got me the tickets two days before the match. I will definitely use them again.

A complete scam. Paid hundreds of pounds for two of the best seats to see Tottenham Man C, and they gave me two seats high up, and in different rows! They told me that hidden in their small print it's stated that seats may not be together. This company should be shut down.

Ils m’ont vendu des pass d’abonnement de qqn d’autre que je devais aller récupérer dans un hôtel. Ils étaient faux ou déjà utilisé ! On m’a refusé l’accès au stade !
On m’a proposé d’autre billet d’une autre catégorie (place à 180€) j’ai raté le début du match et j’ai payé finalement 10 fois le prix !
Ils ne veulent absolument rien savoir ni même faire un geste commercial.

Fuyezzzzzz !! Gardez votre argent !

Erstaunlicherweise hat alles bestens geklappt. Ticket am Ereignistag erhalten. Es wurde umgehend auf Fragen reagiert. Ein Stern abzug für den Preis….
Teuer, aber das Erlebnis war für uns das Geld wert.

1) the site is definitely legitimate as I was a bit a skeptical at first, but turned out with great seats,
2) the customer service help on what’s app was extremely quick and instructions were clear,
3) I would recommend to anyone who is not able to get a ticket for a big game but would like to go at the last minute.

The only concern I had was the price - I was obviously willing and ready to pay more than a normal ticket price, but felt it was still a bit steep.

But overall, it was a great experience.

Ordered 4 tickets for Arsenal vs Chelsea. Got super tickets right on the half way line.

First time using TicketGum so was nervous the tickets wouldn't arrive, or we would have issues getting in or that someone would be in our seats. In the event, it all worked perfectly. No issues at all.

I would have preferred to have the tickets more than 5 hours before the match or to be told a more exact time when I would get them.

However, all worked out well. Seats were super. Will use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they say that they GUARANTEE seats to be together yet on match day they told me they had problems with their supplier and our seats were NOT together, even though they claim they GUARANTEE this.
When I provided feedback on Trust Pilot before they had the nerve to come back to me with the following which is NOT GUARANTEED so don't quote that it is and DONT CHARGE FOR GUARANTEED TICKETS, I'm still waiting for a refund which they offered on the day but I had already travelled to Liverpool the night before (300 miles away):

"We always strive to do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service.
However, in this instance, we were unfortunately unable to source the tickets together due to unforeseen issues with our suppliers"

This is the first time I bought ticket from TICKETGUM for the ARS/CHE game. We came from Asia.
We got the seats we chose and it was wonderful and TICKETGUM is real !!!

However, it created alot of anxiety for it tickets delivery and we didn’t receive the tickets until hours before kick-off. At time of purchase, we were given specific seating details and why the delivery cannot be any earlier ?
Also read some negative reviews has further fueled our anxiety.

I hope TICKETGUM can improve on the delivery timing and I will be back for sure.

Bought tickets for el clasico in Madrid. Delivery at hotel one day earlier, excellent position, most important as promised.
