REF FS CASE 554469528 Couple of gentlemen came to today to cut down some overgrown trees hanging in my garden, they have done a fantastic job and we are really happy with the work they undertook

Horrible situation! I was five days late in paying my business rates, and they're asking for the full balance for the entire year. It's a shame to live here! I understand they might be facing financial challenges, but this isn't the right way to handle it. We've been paying our business rates on time for fifteen years.

What a terrible service on this council! We have move in to grays from London few months ago , we have toddlers and every week our bins was not pick up I was have to calling them and complaining every week . And now they even get worst , they are suprisely missing our street constantly on every Friday to pick up the bins. They are oberloded becouse they have change the blue and brown bin collection. Today again they didn't pick up blue bin at all even if we have to wait two weeks for twht collection!!calling them again and again the same answer that they don't know whay?!so guy on the phone told me to throw all rubbish to the green bin without recycling...what's the point of this council! They think one bin per week for the whole family with kids is enough?! Constantly overloded with rubbish and only what I hear from them is ,,we are short of staff" so sorry sort your lazy council asses and hire more staff or pay them more form our taxes to actually do the propal job in this area!!!!

I am still trying to work out how Thurrock Council finances are in the red, by increasing the amount even with a 25% and reduced their services including the garden waste bin collection and justify their existence without a consultation. Blatant fraud! Shame on you...how can you live with yourselves.

The Council are illegally contacting family members for debts of deceased. This practice may have gone on for years and needs investigating. As a next of kin you are not liable for the debt. Especially when you find out Thurrock Council are the appointees of the deceased estate and should have paid the debts.

no change will ever come of this 'council/organisation' it's pretty sad when you look at the condition of the pavements and roads (especially the roads) and when you ask if there will ever be any repairs (over the years) they say, 'we have no intentions of blah blah blahhhhh' it's very sad to see that they have had nothing positive written about them, and quite shameful that they just accept this and choose to do nothing about it, how and why do these 'people' get away with it? be proud of where you are, make changes, do something!
