I have paid for three individual SIM cards that cost £20 each. They all don't work, and I need this because I am going on holiday in a couple of hours. My holiday depends on this, as my family needs mobile data while outside the UK..

The guys at 3 are always so helpful, going above and beyond. They always make sure I get the best deal. Even when renewing a phone plan isn’t straightforward, they make it easy and remove the stress from the process. I am always so grateful for their help. Extremely helpful, friendly and patient staff.
I visited the store today with a problem and immediately Sam was welcoming and invited me to sit down. He listened to what I had to say and then provided a solution.
