My T-shirts size was not matching the order so I raised a complaint and got the best experience! They replaced my shirts with new ones and I’m awaiting for them now.

I recently ordered 4 t-shirts with Tara McPherson art on them. I just absolutely love her work and I love supporting local artists. I ordered a size I thought would fit but unfortunately they were a little snug. I emailed Threadless and asked to exchange the size and that I would happily return the smaller shirts and pay for shipping. Not only did they offer to send me new shirts but told me I could keep the previously ordered ones and donate them if I wanted. I am giving them to a friend of mines daughter who also loves the artist and has her work hanging on her walls. Outstanding customer service. Totally exceeded my expectations. My new shirts have already arrived and i am so excited to start wearing them out so people start asking me "what a cool shirt...where did you get it? Who is that Artist? " Thank you Threadless!!!!

I've been shopping with Threadless as far back as my college days since 2006 and I've always had a great experience with the customer service and excellent choice of t shirts!

Threadless is always a great shopping experince! They have the best artists and designs. And if something isn't right with your order, their customer service is fantastic.

I have to contact Threadless customer service twice and both times they were fast to answer, super nice and efficient, and the second time they even took the time to explain why the issue arose. I will definitely buying there and recommanding them to my friends :)

I have purchased many items from Threadless over the past couple of years. I love their products. The designs and quality are fantastic. The customer service is way above any other company that I have dealt with. If there is any problem at all, they immediately will do all they can to make it right. They will replace it, whether it is the wrong size or it isn't exactly as I wanted. I can't say enough about the customer service at Threadless. EDIT: I contacted customer service and they are sending me out another shirt fre of charge to replace this one. I wasn't expecting that at all, and I'm really thankful to the customer service team

I ordered a shirt from them, arrived well and initially looked great. However after a single wash the print is already beginning to come off of the shirt. After 2 washes there are patches where the print has worn off completely. Pretty disappointed in the quality considering I've bought many other tshirts, a lot of them quite a bit cheaper, and I've not had this problem with any other shirt.

I ordered tshirts for my daughter and myself, a tanktop for my other daughter, and a coffee cup for everyone to share. Everything was delivered quickly, and we love everything! Unfortunately, my tshirt was not the right size. When I contacted customer support, they responded within a few minutes and shipped out a shirt in the correct size right away. They asked me to donate the wrong-size shirt or give it to someone else who would like it. Thanks so much for great products and really good customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Lots of cute and funny shirts in a range of colours that we don't normally get in Australia. The customer service tho is second to none. So helpful and lovely. I can not praise them enough!!!

I had a problem with an order that after months of delay, simply disappeared and never reached my hands, when I contacted the Threadless team they were super friendly and after analyzing my case, they decided to send me my order again, for a better service of delivery.

I used to buy from threadless all the time about 10 years ago. The quality was everything (I still have very worn shirts that are in excellent condition), the art was beautiful… the only problem 10 years ago was the sizing. It went up to XXL, which I think was probably a small XXL. That being said, when I discovered their sizing went up to a real 3XL I had to try. I’m so glad I did. The items came just as ordered, the same quality and beautiful art I used to love, so comfortable and roomy enough that I don’t feel like I’m wearing a size too small. I emailed customer support to explain how happy I was about this and they replied with a personalized message that was so sweet, and addressed a few questions I had. I noticed that customer support replied quickly, so I know if I had an issue they would be available to assist me. Love Threadless!
