Very nice support team and quality products.

I made my shop when they just had started the "personal shop" website years ago.

Back then a person who bought my stickers got them in an incorrect color (wasn't enough blue) and contacted them, and very fast they sent them new ones for free in correct colors. Mistakes like these can happen to any printing company, especially in the beginning, and they took care of it very professionally.

TIPS: If you get a "defect" product by any printing company, then contact the company before you complain by doing reviews, they could help you, and by informing them about it then they should be able to learn from their mistakes and prevent it from happening again.

I ordered a Nathan Pyle cartoon t-shirt on Threadless as a Christmas present for my daughter in Nov 2022. It arrived in early Dec but it was faded! What was supposed to be Earth (you know, blue and green) was light grey and dark grey.

I wrote to them and they apologised and said they would send me another. At the end of Jan 2023, I wrote them to say I never received a second shirt so they were nice enough to send out another but said it would be the last.

I JUST received it last week. Four months after my initial order. And it is ALSO FADED! Exactly the same as the first one! So my daughter has two faded shirts of the same design and no proper present! I had been so excited to get this for her but it has been one huge disappointment.

Their customer service was quick in replying emails and polite, but unfortunately quite ineffectual.

Three months late with an order and then when it finally arrived today the print is awful. Faded and parts of the image missing. Just the worst.

I have emailed them, as their response has suggested, and messaged on twitter.

EDIT 2: they’ve just edited their response to say that they did email me. Which they did finally do - after my first edit. Very sneaky of them to change their response to make it seem like they had emailed me beforehand.

Their advise was to ‘throw the item away, or donate it’. Seems extremely wasteful to me. Also no one is going to want a printed jumper where half the print is missing. Appalling customer service and appalling company. I do not consider this a successfully resolved issue, the way they seem to be patting themselves on the back for not delivering a quality product on time or of any quality at all is disgraceful.

I met this website on 2011, but I order just one time and I am really happy to see how they have grown. I have been ordering from them since last year and all my products had amazing quality. The only problem is that shipping times sometimes are really long.

I am never using threadless again

Long time customer since 2006. They started out with great fabric quality and silkscreen prints. I own 13 year old shirts that still look good. But a few years ago, that changed.

Today the print fades after the first few washes and disappears fast. Quality of the shirts has gone bad too.

My last order was my final one. "Hand wash in cold water" my a**. Just produce a decent quality again. Your shirts used to survive years of machine washing at 90-100°F without losing shape or print.

I used to use them alot years ago until their prints got bad so tried them again after a couple of years and sadly the quality really has deteriated.

Contacted them three times and still no responce.

The support was really great. After my sweater arrived and was unfortunately too small, I received another sweater in the size larger free of charge. I would definitely order again.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Grace. She gave the best customer service I've ever experienced. The shirts initially came too small, but Grace helped me through the process of picking out a different size and shirt style, and she was very responsive, courteous, and patient through the whole process. It seemed like she wanted me to get the right shirts as much as I did. Thanks so much, Grace!

The most expensive item I ordered on my last order did not fit me as expected. I contacted the customer service and they sent me out a new version in a different size free of charge. They were courteous and responsive; I started corresponding with a human less than 24 hours after I sent my first message.

Threadless is such an awesome site to begin with BUT when I ordered 2 shirts and they came a bit snug, threadless kindly replaced them free of charge! That was so considerate and unnecessary and I really appreciated it as a customer.

I hate to write this, as I genuinely love the designs, and the service has always been excellent. BUT, something has changed in the way they make their prints… I had a dozen of their tees already, over a decade old, and the designs on those have only faded a little; in fact, the fabric wore away on some of them before the designs did! My latest batch, however, didn’t last more than a couple of washes before the designs started to come away in chunks. I always wash my shirts gently on the coldest water setting, but even then the moment these designs got wet they would become weirdly tacky to the touch, and come away from the fabric if anything even brushed against them. Very disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I wrote Threadless about it, they answered right away, explained that there are different styles, and promised to send a Medium one free of charge.

I love Threadless, and honestly, there are very few brands that I can say that about. They have great and ever changing designs. They have fantastic quality shirts if you don’t mind spending a bit more for them. The customer service is also pretty outstanding. My only gripe is that they search feature in their site ain’t the greatest. A workaround is to search via google and then enter their site at the right point.

My experience was amazing.I had ordered a size that was too small and I asked if I could get a different style since they didn't have any bigger sizes for that style and they gave me no problems whatsoever.Smoothest customer service I have ever received I will definetly be ordering from them again 😀

This company was great years ago. Now it's awful. Strange random sizing, poor quality shirts, misaligned prints. Really sad.
