From my first contact with Thompsons I found everyone I dealt with to be very helpful and polite from the person that answered the telephone, to secretaries, lawyers and advocates. I always got the impression that the lawyer dealing with my particular case was listening to what I was saying and was always working to my best interests. Throughout the case the hard work and diligence of the lawyer brought a good outcome for which I am extremely grateful. I am also very grateful to my Union, Unison, for putting me in touch with Thomsons at the start of this process.
