Non communication

Car Finance Claims
Yes it has taken some time and now PG have withdrawn from the case, which we understand. But why have you ceased communication?
We have been prevented from pursuing our claims because PG have not withdrawn their claims on our behalf (the finance providers say). Trying to get PG to provide clarification has got nowhere. No answers to emails, no answer to the contact form on their website despite a promise of getting back to you within 48 hours, 7 days if the are busy. We have been waiting more than 2 months!
We are now stuck in limbo because of the non communication by this firm.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Abandoned my claim after years of communication. Stated had not received all necessary documents.
Did not respond to various emails.
Avoid at all costs.
After posting on trust pilot they contacted me to request reference numbers and more information etc. Said they would contact me to discuss asap - AS EXPECTED NO CONTACT RECEIVED !!

My Car Mercedes Benz 220d is supposed be Petrol!!!

Having waited for over year to hear from "My Diesel Claim" regarding submissions made over three years ago.

I received communication last week advising me that they have terminated my claim.

The email also states that " we have conducted several checks and have determined that my vehicle is petrol and not diesel.

My car (LN15 xxx) is a 2015 Mercedes Benz 220d !!!! The registration document too had been submitted to them.

Surely this matter (if petrol) could have been raised at that time so that I could have directed them to look for the description in the V5 form.

What a waste of time.

I will be contacting the manufacturer to verify the status of any claim, just to clear my mind.

Having received a further request to supply the very same details submitted, It is a futile effort. A waste of my time.

To inform me that the vehicle is petrol when it is a diesel is absolute nonsense. They need to go through their communication before sending them out instead of stating "we have conducted several checks and determined that they have concluded that my car is PETROL!!!" ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL.

I have received a further email today stating the same reasons that my car is a petrol vehicle and not diesel. IT IS A DIESEL VEHICLE.. MERCEDES BENS C220d... d = Diesel.

They still do not get it. Just a matter of withdrawing their letter and apologising for having referred to my vehicle as petrol. Just admit that you made a mistake and state clearly the reason why the vehicle will not qualify instead stating that you have conducted a detailed review and find that the care is a Petrol vehicle.

A detailed review indeed to state that diesel vehicle is a petrol vehicle.. !!!! Just apologise for making an incorrect statement and provide actual reasons.

Update 13/03/2025

I have today received an email stating that my claim had been submitted late.
It was at their request that I had to resubmit all documentation once again at the request of David Horrocks on 5th Nov 2024 as the original documentation (sent in 2021) sent had been processed as BMW and not as Mercedes Benz.
Why was I requested to resubmit if it was beyond the closing date? Surely, it was an update of the original claim any shortcomings were on their part?

Going from good to terrible

Going from good to terrible, this company is now ignoring my emails, they claim their phones are down for maintenance but thats hard to believe, we have 7 cars with them, they have totally forgotten to submit one car before the deadline and have now removed another as a duplicate claim when it is simply a case of changed ownership between my wife and myself. what is going on??

Told my car is now not eligible?

I am confused because I have had an email in January saying my 10 plate Renault Megane wasn't eligible for the My diesel claim legal case (I registered with you years ago). I’ve just looked online and found the final judgment has not been made yet, so now I am wondering how YOU could have decided that my car does not qualify and why it has taken you several years to decide this. Please can you contact me to explain how you have come to this decision. My car is definitely within the age bracket.

Updated review

The claim which my earlier review referred to (and the one which took almost three years to be dismissed) was for my car which was first registered new in 2015. My review below is therefore justified and I’m happy to repeat it.

Time Wasters
Took them almost three years to tell me that my car wasn’t eligible for a diesel emissions claim, although didn’t detail why. Totally wasted my time.

We apologise for the delay in notifying you about your car's eligibility and any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, the litigation only applies to vehicles first registered between 2009 and 2020. Since your vehicle was manufactured in 2007, it cannot be included in the litigation. We also regret that it took us some time to formally terminate your claim. The eligibility criteria are clearly outlined on our website and during the sign-up process.

I honestly believe this whole thing is…

I honestly believe this whole thing is a SCAM. I Applied for 2 diesel vehicles I had, one I still have. They kept sending me emails asking me to complete the form so many times, I completed them and returned each time until I became convinced they were gathering personal data for unlawful reasons. The latest email i have is to tell me my current DIESEL car is not eligible because it is PETROL!! This has been going on for years and I have gotten nowhere with them. Are they claiming and keeping 100% of the compensation? They have told me in writing they have closed my claim but the reasons are complete fabrication. Either very incompetent or downright dishonest

Jan 2026 Told 09 plate Renault Clio not Eligible. Confused.

Hi, my husband and I are confused because we had a message in mid January saying our 09 plate Renault wasn't eligible for the My diesel claim legal case (we registered with you years ago). I just did some web research and found the final judgment has not been made yet, so now we are wondering how you could have decided we do not qualify. Still no resolution to VW claim

After over 2 years I am still waiting for settlement of my VW claim, despite repeatedly supplying the same information over and over again. Instead of progressing the claim, I continue to receive excessive emails requesting duplicate details that have already been provided.

Other claims management companies appear fully capable of obtaining the required information efficiently and without this constant back-and-forth. This raises serious concerns about whether these repeated requests are genuinely necessary or simply being used as a delay tactic.

At this point, the process feels deliberately obstructive. There is no clear timeline, no accountability, and no meaningful progress. The lack of transparency and constant stalling has destroyed any confidence I had that this claim will be resolved in a reasonable timeframe — or at all.

The first Volkswagen claim (VW1) was successfully settled in May 2022. Your current claim forms part of the second group litigation against Volkswagen, known as VW2, which is still ongoing and has not yet concluded.

As outlined in our recent update emails, the liability trial concluded on 18 December 2025, and we provided a further update on 24 December 2025. The legal team is now preparing for the next stage of the litigation, the closing submissions hearing, which is scheduled to begin on 2 March 2026.

No unsubscribe on any of their emails.. the latest email states it's not a marketing email but a legal update we signed up too... but aside from that the other 26 emails sent are not "legal updates we signed up to" and you are required to include an unsubscribe option jn the majority of those. So why don't you explain in your aggressive follow ups how people get their names
off your spammy list and stop this nonsense
