Alan Rodgers went out of his way to support me during the most challenging 6 months of my life following a quite stupid error.

I messed up big time and was an idiot yet Alan was empathetic and professional and went above and beyond to guide me through the trauma.

From the minute they took on my case the had to work through covid which held up medicles and scans . They got all that sorted for me and an operation too . If they were not pushing my employer for things I would still be waiting on operation . Thanks for taking my claim on and getting me a good result

My case has been ongoing for 4 years. I've often went months without any update then when I emailed I was told of information needed that nobody contacted me about. Been through loads of different advisors as people leaving etc and had to pretty much start the process again from the start with each person which got harder to remember details. Finally settled 5 weeks ago for an amount which barely covers what I lost out wage wise in the first place, never mind the health problems I've had since, although I was told if I won in court I wouldn't have received much more than that. Still not received my payment either. The website claims my sort of injury was worth £10,000 to £140,000 and I was advised to settle at £2000. Also Thompson will be taking 25% fee although the website brags that their fee is capped at 20%. I don't like to leave bad reviews but my experience with Thompsons has been really poor.

Update. Its now been 16 weeks and I still havent recieved my compensation and very much doubt I'm going to recieve anything now which makes me feel like ive been scammed from what seemed like a trustworthy company. No contact no nothing I've been continually emailing and been getting told over and over the money hasn't been recieved.

Cannot speak highly enough about the team at thomsons who have helped me through a very long process to get compensation. They made everything trouble free for me and were so supportive and helpful at all times. Absolutely horrendous. Dealt with them after my mum died & it was awful. Nobody would reply for months at a time. My solicitor went off sick a few times which is obviously unavoidable but nobody picked up his work. I had my mums work trying to get in touch with them to release her final salary and nobody got back to them either. An absolute nightmare and I'm still trying to tie up loose ends myself now. The worst service at one of the worst times of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edited after Thomsons reply to say they are sorry I was unhappy. I'm not just complaining that my milk was off, your service was appalling & this reply sums up the attitude you get when raising anything with them. Nobody really cares.

I had to do nothing they arranged everthing with 3rd party by arranging for a doctors oppiontment plus a scan on my injured (R) Wrist
The gentleman that did a great deal for me was Shahrez he was very professional about everything between myself and the 3rd party

I liked how easy the process was working with Thomason’s Solicitors. They kept me updated on my case via email every time I needed to be aware of something, or if they needed more information from me. I was pleased I wasn’t being bombarded with four or five phone calls a day. I would highly recommend Thompsons.
