Arrived as arranged. Everything well packed and in great condition. Instructions easy to follow and looks good so far. Plants have space to grow but don't look too small either.

Arrived infested with black flies
While the product is exceptional, it arrived absolutely infested with fungus gnats (black flies). When I asked the company for a solution they told me to open the lid. A weak and disappointing answer, I had hoped for better customer service. I have no desire to infest the rest of my houseplants, so we will be avoiding just leaving it open and are looking into other control methods.

Fungus gnats are a common issue in humid, enclosed environments, which is why we recommend opening the lid. This helps reduce gnat activity by lowering excess moisture and also plays a key role in regulating the ecosystem inside, ensuring a healthier balance for your plants.
That said, we understand that you were hoping for a more detailed solution, and we apologize if our initial response felt insufficient. In addition to airing it out, other effective methods include adding a thin layer of sand to the soil, using sticky traps, or introducing beneficial nematodes.
We appreciate your feedback and hope these solutions help keep your terrarium thriving. Thank you for your support!

Great Service & Lovely Terrarium
Lovely Terrarium, pre-planted with healthy plants in pretty colours. It was a birthday gift for my husband, delivered promptly and very well packaged. It's now been some months since delivery, and it's still beautiful and thriving...he loves it!
