The Tech Outlet Omdömen

Arrived on time and exactly as described.

Really excellent service from start to finish. I chose an HP PC and asked whether an HP Care Plan was applicable. Not only did Ben go out of his way to find out, but he also registered the Plan for me. Unfortunately, the PC did not suit me (no fault of the Tech Outlet), so I needed to return it. The returns process was flawless and the refund was instant. This is an excellent company which I would recommend unconditionally to anyone.

Great laptop. Well protected in packaging. Very pleased with purchase.

Really clear information about the available laptops. I am not really very techy and it was so easy.
When the laptop arrived it was as described, I just switched it on and it was ready to go.
I had one query, which I emailed to the helpline, got a response within 10 minutes, problem solved.
Great value for money, very happy customer who would highly recommend you. Thankyou Sue

Great laptop, great price. Great service from Ben who dealt with everything and the man in the know how. Will be getting upgrades from these guys when i need it.
To Ben, thank for you help and quick response.
10/10

Very happy with purchase and as promised it had been updated. It is a heavy laptop compared to the HP pavilion I have replaced, as it was incapable of upgrading to Windows 11.
Dell has back-light keyboard. Was described as " new open box" and discount was good. Laptop arrived well packaged. 12 month guarantee, majority is with Dell and balance Tech Outlet.

Great item and super fast delivery - thank you!

One small issue with the laptop charger not working but this was quickly replaced.

Bought a refurbished mp3 player and when it arrived it’s like brand new & works like a charm. Also fast tracked shipping was a nice touch.

Got my laptop for a grest price. Delivery was within the time frame promised.

Quick dispatch. Arrived on time. Packaging was super safe. The laptop was as described. Very happy with my purchase.

Sometimes things go wrong, although usually everything is fine. I ordered a laptop, delivered the following day. On starting it, it ran fine, then the screen became wobbly. I sent an image of the screen and was advised to return it, with a return label provided. The refund was received on the same day. Shame about the problem, but excellent customer service.

Great service helpful staff great prices everything you could want from a company

Great to deal with. A great item at a good price and delivered promptly.

Highly appreciated the outlet seller/buyer customer service transcation.
Appreciated

I had some questions about a laptop that I was interested in and they were answered promptly. The delivery was delayed slightly but was no real issue. There was a hole in the box but the laptop was well packed. As described except for a scratch on the back of it, apart from that spotless.

The only slight niggle is that the laptop powers itself on as soon as you open the lid, which initially made me think that it did not shut down properly. Perhaps this is a modern thing I have to get used to! The battery life not as great as my work Lenovo laptop but its not a real issue.

All in all, a really good laptop at a bargain price. Thank you! :-)

Quick delivery and very quick and helpful responses to emails
Would definitely use again

Speedy delivery - condition as described - chose the laptop for the brand and screen size

A real person who understood what I needed without trying to sell me something I didn't!

I am so happy and impressed with this company and my new laptop. It works like a dream. I have always had bad luck with past laptops, issues from day one, but this one is perfect! It is exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful. A trustworthy company who delivers what they promise, for a great price. Very happy customer. Thank you so much.

There was a small issue with the delivery company but they sorted it out straight away and the laptop was delivered only a day later than anticipated.
