We have new stock arriving daily from all the top manufacturers - Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.. We carry extensive stocks of upgrades so if you see a computer you like but want it to have more RAM or a bigger drive then just ask. The majority of our stock is under 1 year old, everything is UK supplied and UK spec. We update every machine we sell so when you get it, just power it on and it will be ready for immediate use. All updates from Microsoft and also from the manufactuer so you won't have the time consuming job of readying your new computer, we do it all for you. The laptops we stock range in price from under £200, to the high end machines costing over a £1,000, the majority being around the £300 to £500 mark. It was ready to go out of the box - just required some update including the BIOS. Setup the user profile and that was it. Great price and the condition was well described, This is a great place to shop when you need something in a hurry!

Originally I'd bought an Elitebook, which had a couple of issues and Ben couldn't do enough to solve this quickly and sent me this slightly newer, similar-spec laptop for the same price. It's very fast, quiet, powerful, in great condition, competitively priced and came with a 12-month guarantee. I'm really pleased with it. Super-fast delivery too.
I would recommend The Tech Outlet to everyone and when I need another laptop, this will be my only stop. Thanks a lot.

Warranty - great service
I bought a laptop in Sep-25 and have had no problems... until July-26 when it developed a fault with the HDD. I got it back, fully fixed, within a few days after a no quibble warranty repair (I wasn't even sure the standard 1 year warranty covered the issue, so this was a great result for me!)

Fantastic open box, new Dell laptop. Less than half the price of buying the same new laptop from Dell. Who needs the original box when this was shipped promptly in better packaging than Dell use. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a laptop in February this year, it was as described in fact it was in better condition than I was expecting. It has performed faultlessly until a few days ago when the charger failed.
A replacement charger was sent out overnight, and now I'm back up and running.
Things go wrong, It's how you put things right that matters.

Effortless purchase of a refurbished laptop, we lived close but it ended up easier to just have it shipped to us (was included anyway) Laptop was as advertised, works well, no complaints.
