Easy ordering
Just ordered a table; very easy to use website and ordering system. Can’t wait to receive this beautiful dining table for our home!
One feature I would add (to the ordering site) is that if something is out of stock, that you allow the customer to order it anyway, with a disclaimer saying it’s on back ordering and subject to cancellation. I think some people might want to take a chance and wait for an item they love knowing there is a chance the order could take longer to fill or be cancelled.

Thank you for your recommendation. Yes, if the table is not in-stock it is still available for purchase. While we do have a large inventory of tables in-stock at our LA warehouse (ready to be shipped), we are constantly hand-crafting more tables along with other hardwood furniture in our factory. We build everything we sell and as a result, we have the ability to do full custom work. We prefer to personally handle custom orders so that we can be sure to meet the needs of the customer – with such orders, we manually put items into one’s cart for check-out. We are working to make this clear and appreciate the feedback. Thanks again!

The table is absolutely gorgeous. We took advantage of a sale on in-stock inventory, and the deal we got was incredible. The quality of the table is excellent, and we received it very quickly. We had a couple of questions along the way, and Darci was fantastic - proactive, communicative, thorough, the definition of service excellence. So happy we found this company!

A very nice furniture company with great products that can be customized. I talked with ... who helped me with some questions I had regarding two 30 inch end table we purchased as well as a round dinner table that is not on their web site but which they make! They were quick to take my call and happy to answer questions.

The table company walked me through the style, wood, and finish options, in addition to sending me wood samples and table photos. They were very customer-service oriented and assured me that they would stand behind their craftsmanship and resolve and issues, though I doubt there will be any. Very satisfied.
