Excellent customer service and packaging
I just made my first purchase with therarewhiskeyshop.com and am very pleased. I ordered a bottle of green chartreuse and crossed my fingers as I was unable to find it anywhere local and was wary of buying it online. After I sent in my order I then reached out with a question and received a very quick response which was a good sign. The package arrived quickly and expertly packaged. I am so grateful, Christmas saved!

Pappy Van Winkle
Talked to Richard. He was very nice and helpful, told him I was looking for a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle for my retirement. not only was the bottle expertly packaged it arrived the very next day. Oh and Richard included a card congratulating me on my retirement. Excellent customer relations.

Easy to use website, including payment etc.
Fast despatch and delivery, and well packaged.
Haven’t sampled the Whiskey yet but the glasses are really nice with a good weight and feel about them.
