We would like to clarify this, as we have already explained the situation to you directly via email and provided supporting information regarding the label change.
You purchased Stagg Batch 25A and Batch 25D. The “Jr.” designation was discontinued beginning with Batch 18, and subsequent releases are labeled simply “Stagg.”
The bottles you received were the Batch 25 releases you ordered. While Buffalo Trace has since removed the “Jr.” designation from the label, the product has long been known as “Stagg Jr.,” and that naming continues to be widely used by retailers and industry databases when referencing the same product line.
When you contacted us, we responded promptly, explained the change, and provided additional information documenting when the “Jr.” designation was discontinued.
As we explained at that time, this was not a bait and switch, nor was a different product substituted for what you purchased.

Delivery was on time but FedEx here has a habit of leaving the wine in the worst possible places. In this case, it was left in direct sunlight and although it was only there for 30 minutes, in 90+ degree heat the wine was damaged. Not your fault.

I ordered the champagne as a gift. It arrived without the usual carton container, just the bottle in styrofoam. I can't give it as a gift because I don't even know if it's authentic. After, I posted this review, I got a call from Amy. She was very helpful. They sent me a box for the champagne right away. Great customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.
