Totally wrong item sent and bizarre and unhelpful customer service
I ordered one tin of navy blue wood paint and received three tins of emulsion. I emailed customer service 8/11/24 and was told that this was probably due to the incorrect stickers being on the tins (which doesn't really explain why there were now three tins, but anyway) and asked to send photographs of the stickers, which l did. There was no mention of when l would get my actual order or how l could return the incorrect products. I emailed again on the 25/11 to ask this and it's now 08/12 and I've heard nothing.

To explain why you received three tins of the emulsion paint as opposed to the single 2.5l tin you ordered; our order book could not supply demand due to extremely high traffic during the stock clearance sale. Due to this, our manufacturing warehouse could not fulfil every order using 2.5l tins. To work around this issue, we made the decision to fulfil orders in multiples of smaller tins, to avoid letting any of our customers down.
There is no excusing the errors made with mislabelling the tins, and for this, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you.
I have taken some time to look into your order and understand your full order has since been refunded. Once again, we are so very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with us and hope that you are now satisfied with the outcome and will consider The Pure Edit for future Interior projects.

Fabulous curtains
Am on the verge of ordering more made to measure curtains since I had my new living room curtains last year…. They were delivered well packed and perfect and ready to hang up - even had hooks!!!

Awful customer service and stained product
Awful customer service. Agent was not helpful at all. I was sent an item with stains, and a missing pillow case. When explaining this to the customer service agent, she was not helpful or apologetic about this, but rather rude. Agent was extremely rude on the phone, and not helpful at all. Do not order from this company.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the faults with your order. It’s disappointing for us to hear that your items were sent out in this way, and this is something that we will be looking into.
As discussed with our customer service team, we need to inspect the goods on their return so that we have an understanding as to what the mark on the bedding is, and so that we can be sure that this isn't something that will affect any other customers.
I have been through your conversation with our customer service team and I can see that you were offered a pre-paid returns label to send these items back to us, with the team also arranging to collect this item from you as this was more convenient.
We do have a procedure that needs to be followed when it comes to the returns of goods and I can see that is being followed by our customer service team, although I do apologise if this is a cause of frustration.
