The Protein Factory Omdömen

I prepaid for 2 protein powders upfront, only to be told a week later that the product was out of stock. I confirmed cancellation multiple times on WhatsApp, spoke with a representative by phone, and emailed asking them to cancel and refund the order.
By the second week, after another follow-up, they told me the order had been dispatched and that I should refuse delivery. They gave me no dispatch date or tracking number in that reply, and still did not confirm when my money would be refunded.
After repeated attempts to cancel, being left to deal with a delivery I no longer wanted and an unresolved refund is deeply frustrating. I’m still waiting for clear cancellation and refund confirmation. Poor customer service, and careless communication. Deeply disappointed with a brand that is offering a good product but, just like most companies in Pakistan, the people behind are either too tired to respond proactively, or just don't care enough for their customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.

100 percent authentic product. I am using their product from 2 years

Very good quality and purely peanut butter

Good quality products in reasonable prices. I'm regularly using their products for quite sometime now. The protein factory was my first supplement provider, and i loved their products..... It's been a great experience so far.

I got my order delivered within 3 working days and all the products ordered seems to be in order. As for the results for their pea protein, creatine and D3 & K2 complex, I will have to wait for at least 1 month.

Best affordable supplements I have ever used

I have been using there pea protein for a while now, no complains everything seems great. Quality is really good. Now i have started the Creatine monohydrate hopefully it won't disappoint me to. Highly recommend!

Each and every thing made the experience great. And the response that I have got every time I wanted to ask something was good and gentle. And the products are high quality and at very good price too.
