I ordered on 11th March
I ordered on 11th March. Did not receive any message or call to confirm the order. Reached out to themselves on the 14th, they said to call the number and confirm, i confirmed it, on the 16th it left Faisalabad and reached Lahore, and has been there ever since. Today ends the 19th. It's a very very bad first experience. Might not order from them ever again

Ordered worst magnesium glycinate
Ordered magnesium glycinate. One of the worst tablets ever taken. Instead of assisting in sleep it literally did the opposite. Never recommended.

Worst Courier Service
I ordered nutrifactor mutiple time, but nowadays its Courier Service has gone downhill. I ordered some products, Order ID 7772047222. I was never contacted for delevry and now it's showing they are shipping back to the sender. absolutely horrendous

The experience is terrible
The experience is terrible. I ordered on 31st January and it has been 10 days, still I haven't received my order!!!! Such a pathetic service!!! They claim 3,4 days delivery and I am in Rawalpindi not in any remote place where deliveries takes a long time!! Extremely poor!

Nutrifactor is the best.
Nutrifactor work environment is great. I recently selected as MTO after a thorough hiring process. HR are extremely professional, Mr. Zawar their HR person helped me through the process very well.

I found this company Amazing. Top Notched Nutraceutical manufacturer in Pakistan. I really appreciate their support for customers. Love their refund or exchange or return mech. Such business norms should be adopted by every business in Pakistan if they are not good at customer retention or support. High Five
