The whole process with The Personal Agent has been excellent. From our first contact with Richard, the quality video, and to viewings and feedback from Ray, Chis etc, has all been fantastic.
Sarah, in aftersales has also been excellent. She always responds swiftly to queries and helped reassure us through a stressful process. We would thoroughly recommend the team at The Personal Agent.

Becky Moore (Property Management) is an absolute legend!
My tenanted Property (in Epsom) recently ran into a couple of major issues (bathroom ceiling collapse & kitchen flooding).
Becky very skilfully managed numerous parties (me, tenants, upstairs neighbour, management company, Thames Water & contractor) during a stressful 8 day remedial process. She was able to keep everyone calm & get both issues sorted in the most cost-effective & speedy way possible!
Always quick to respond, very helpful/professional & was even happy to keep me updated well(!) outside of office hours which was greatly appreciated

Meeting Callum at Epsom Branch was a very pleasant experience and he quickly understood and listened to my requirements. He followed up with a viewing quickly and we made an offer on the property within a few days of our 1st meeting.
The team at Epsom were all very helpful to guide me through the references protocols.
We could not find any fault in our experience.

I've had a great experience dealing with Becky at The Personal Agent.
She has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. She kept us updated throughout and was great at communicating with our landlord, making sure things were followed up and resolved.
Most recently, she helped us with some garden works that had been discussed before we moved in and kept us informed every step of the way until everything was sorted.
It's been a pleasure dealing with her, and we really appreciate all her help.
