Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. She took the time to speak to the landlord and explain why it wouldn’t have been fair to make deductions from the deposit, as the property wasn’t professionally cleaned and the garden wasn’t tidy when Bree moved in. Thanks to all her hard work, Bree is now getting her full deposit back.

Becky Moore ( property management lady) she is an adorable women who helped us when we were in a stressful condition.

She did help and supported us in resolving the flooding issues in my flat, as well as arranging for the ceiling repair after it fell off. She kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to my concerns, and worked hard to ensure everything was dealt with as quickly as possible even multiple out of hours call outs and late working nights to ensure it was resolved.
Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate all her efforts and the excellent service she provided.
