The Hire Service Company Omdömen

Big thanks to Conrad at the Hastings branch, amazing customer service, gave me lots of little tips and tricks with the machine I hired, really took the time to explain everything. The perfect experience thank you very much.

Stuart was brilliant, efficient, professional and overall a gentleman. Thanks pal, take it steady

Ollie has been the most helpful person ever. Very kind, understanding and extremely personable. I've never used their services before but I'm confident that if I ever needed to they will provide me with excellent service!

Rory, the manager at Ladbroke grove HSS, was professional and friendly and very easy to do business, he was personable and an asset to the HSS brand, he guided us through the hire service and fees (deposit, insurance etc). We hired a breaker with bits and generator for a weekend and the rates were more than reasonable - excellent service very easy and smooth, a quality hire company. Thankyou to Rory and HSS.

Andre is definitely the most helpful individual I have the pleasure of dealing with. He went out of his way to accommodate us.

Great service

I hired here a vacuum cleaner to wash my carpets. When I called them, it was not available at Twickenham branch. They delivered it to Twickenham branch from Heathrow for me. Thanks a lot to Ollie for his help.

Dave from Brighton branch - thanks very much, you’re a top man….no nonsense - just straight forward and very helpful.

Many thanks Sean Garrick

I have worked with HSS and specifically Kirsty Garrett on numerous tooling and hire requests, and she is always incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. She consistently goes above and beyond to find solutions, answer queries quickly, and make the entire process as smooth as possible. Whenever issues arise, Kirsty is proactive in resolving them and always does her best to make life easier for her customers. Her communication is clear, efficient, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.

It's a pleasure working with someone who is so reliable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Kirsty and The Hire Service Company to anyone looking for a helpful and dependable hire provider.

No paperwork or way of verification at time of collection, that there is a record of collection, we have to take pictures of collection vehicle with equipment on it and registration of vehicle and often a dismissive driver when we ask for some record of collection, we have often found equipment not off hired after collection, not a great system

I was served by Ali in the Croydon store. He was impeccable in every manner! Knowledgeable abouts the product i needed, and also very helpful with a future enquiry i was making. Friendly service. With a smile. Thanks Ali!

Liam down at Elland Road is a life saver, mixer went down mid job & managed to get me a new one sorted before the end of the day. No delays for the business and always a pleasure working with him

Great service Laura and Chlorita cannot fault!

Full marks for klarita for excellent product knowledge and service making my hire experience effortless and enjoyable

Thank you 🙏

Super helpful & quick responses from the team! Always ready to help on any request.

I just wanted to leave feedback for Kade at the Kingston upon Thames branch of HSS hire - he was excellent from the outset, couldn’t have done more to help - and when we had a problem with the whacker plate (not his fault) he couldn’t have done more to try and put things right - despite juggling a new computer system and multiple calls, he personally drove the replacement round to my house to help out - first class service thank you Kade 💪🏼

Thawhid helped me out a lot and got the job done . Easy service
