We emailed them when the items didn't arrive. They said DHL had delivered them and gave us a fake tracking number.

We are not a scam company we have been trading for nearly 30 years you can check this as we are registered with companies house our company reg number is 4025278 , we apologise the item did not arrive on time, we don't use DHL only Parcelforce or UPS so I'm guessing the tracking number is for them. sorry for any confusion.

Im sorry you haven't yet received the item. it was order on the 6/9 at 15.51 on a 3-4 working day delivery, so in theory should be with you 12/13 (due to the weekend). i know the post office are behind due to there strike action, which is not ideal. Please let us know if it doesn't arrive by the 13th as this is the last day it should arrive. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Payment taken for item not stocked!!
Poor service. Has accepted payment despite not stocking the item. I am still waiting to be credited three days after the transaction. This would not happen in a shop as it would be viewed as illegal, this surely is the case here. Will not view this site again.

Sorry for any inconvenienced caused, our stock was incorrect on this occasion, totally our fault. i have checked and refund was done 2 days ago so should show in your account by now, if not please email us and i will investigate further.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! They charged a premium rate for postage for a very important small item then sent it second class! After 8 days it still hasn’t arrived and they asked me to wait another couple of days before they would send another one out. Customer service is woeful!

sarcasm and lack of care in one transaction
I ordered a component from them on 29/12/2020. I paid for 4-5 day postage. I called them to make sure it had been posted on 31/12/2020 and they assured me it had been sent by first class royal mail post (for which I had paid an excessive £4-50) . It still had not arrived 0n 06/01/20201.
I called again and they stated it was posted on 4/01/2021.
Options are:
1. Someone not telling the truth
2. The firm allowed me to order an item on a 4-5 day basis knowing full well I would not get the part within that time frame
When I called this morning stating my concerns about the parts non-arrival I was told "the post was not collected over christmas" when I said I would be making a complaint the response I got "well I look forward to that"
Bad service and sarcasm all from one firm. Don't use them.
