The Gym Group - Lowestoft Omdömen 38

Im an OT and have supported an individual to access the gym group. The staff here have been nothing but supportive, making reasonable adjustments and being great humans. Ive seen how they interactive with disabled people and its truly wonderful to see.
This session will help my gentleman access health and the community, it really will change his life.

Still a member but it’s a useless admin to this gym. Be prepared to be ripped off at every turn. It’s even £5 when you want to change membership category-scandalous. No one answers the phone to discuss anything to do with admin and everything is done online and is automated. No cleaning tissues after you have sweated over the kit so each piece ends up covered in the last persons sweat. Never known a gym not provide this.

This is an excellent gym. Always clean, staff are great and the manager (Hal) is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere.

Great equipment which is always spotless. Welcoming atmosphere and the staff are extremely approachable and helpful!

This is the third gym I have used since moving here. By far the best. Great equipment. Great team. Hal & James always available for advice - really friendly & helpful. Look forward to every session.

I've been a member of Gym Group Lowestoft for two years. Having recently visited another location as part of my national member, I realised what a great facility this is. Great classes, clean, welcoming. Hal, James and the team do a fantastic job keeping the kits organised and clean, running great classes, and being friendly and chatty with customers.

Used the gym on the 3 day/daily passes - facilities were great and clean. James and Mel were a great help. If you are in the area and need an easy to join and use gym, highly recommend.

We’re actually from Hertfordshire way but staying in Southwold for a few days and decided to visit this gym. I’m so glad that we did and I’m not usually one to write a review but our experience was one that we wouldn’t usually get in a gym our way. James was the guy that was on duty and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was constantly going out of his way to make sure that our gym experience was a good one and was very helpful on correcting form etc when necessary. We weren’t going to go again today but we are now both keen to get down there again. Thanks again James!

Amazing gym!!! Equipment is always clean and whenever a piece of equipment is broken it gets fixed very quickly. James is a very nice guy who is always up for a chat or to help fix my form. I had a problem with one of the guys at the gym and told James and he very quickly sorted the problem and kept checking up to make sure I was okay. I've been to a couple of gyms in this area and this one is both the cheapest and also the most friendly. Martyn helps us with our bench press technique and has helped me bench more weight. Very happy with my experience here :)

This gym is a great place to be, with great space equipment and wonderful staff members. James in particular has been a great help around the gym, taking action with problems immediately and taking care to check in when he sees us thereafter. Just a really nice inclusive gym.

What can I say. This is the nicest gym, with friendly members and the most friendly staff I have ever met.

The whole team here is genuinely focussed on ACTUALLY wanting to help members, for free, because they ACTUALLY care.

I draw particular attention to James, the assistant manager, and Matt and Martyn. Those three have been instrumental in myself, and my son joining and also several of our friends too

Anyone thinking of joining a gym, just try here. Come and have a chat with the lads, and ladies that work here. They’ll make u feel like one of the family

I've been at this gym for a few years now and have always found it clean, tidy and friendly. The equipment is well maintained and the environment is inclusive and welcoming.
The staff are always around and happy to help with anything. James had been particularly helpful with injury and training advice.

I have no hesitation recommending this gym.

The gym is always clean and has a great range of equipment. Very friendly, helpful staff and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is nervous about starting, but also those with more experience.

edited to respond to the reply from the gym. i have emailed the gym as suggested by the response to this review and it went totally ignored. i still havent had a refund or a reply. youre still criminals for taking my money after i notified you to cancel my membership more than a month ago. refund my money to avoid further bad reviews on other sites.
