I buy I dress 2024 May £320.00 GBP send it back same day because it’s to small for me. And I still waiting for my refund from them one year later 28.05.2025 and I still waiting.
Don’t buy from them.. :)

I ordered a dress from doll house but the quality of the item was terrible. I returned it in its original packaging. I have had an email they have received my return but have not issued the refund of £150.
This is disgraceful. Do not order from this company

SCAM! I paid £500 for a dress 3 months ago, I had to chase the whereabouts only to be told they were waiting for materials. I completely understood at the time, however months later they now no longer respond. I have had to raise a FRAUDULENT issue with my bank who will hopefully refund me £500. Absolutely horrendous company. Daylight robbery

1 star is one too many. Same as all the other reviews - avoid, avoid, avoid. Products are legit and do turn up, but the return/refund part of this company is a SCAM. They'll send the same message over and over apologising and promising to look into it (spoiler alert: they aren't). They post lots of polished photos on instagram - all with 0 comments? Makes me wonder if they regularly delete, as guessing they get a lot of negative feedback on there from the people they've stolen from. Don't waste your time.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress in January and when I chased it they replied to say they were waiting for the beads despite it being advertised as ready to ship on the website. I then cancelled the order in February and after numerous emails and complaints I ended up having to raise it as an issue with my bank who kindly refunded the money for me.

I don't understand how they can release new items of clothing but not refund money that is owed!! Absolutely disgusting

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit, the dolls house wouldn’t let me return it as it was a discounted item. How can they get away with that, you need to try on to see if it fits. I can’t believe these people can treat customers like this.

Hey ladies just wanted to give you the heads up as I purchased two dresses online without first checking reviews as it looked like a higher end fashion brand (idiot). My two dresses arrived… for The price I was expecting something with beautiful craftsmen ship. They were terrible!! One was clearly faulty, marked all over the dress. Breast cup size was for a DD. Looked like it came from shein. How on earth are they getting away with this? I reached out and sent them photos they apologised and promised a refund of both dress and cost to send back from NZ. I received neither and was so peeved I reached out to my bank as it was online. It took a few months but it was worth it and I received a refund. Reach out to your banks and complain. They can’t keep doing this to people it’s terrible!!! They need to be stopped! Also I ordered dresses in early September and didn’t receive until mid October and I had to chase it up! Worst service… worst dresses… worst experience!!

I am beyond frustrated with Dolls House Fashion. It has been three months since I requested a refund, and despite multiple assurances that it would be processed, I am still waiting. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for customers is appalling. Every time I reach out, I’m told the issue is being “escalated,” yet no action is ever taken. It’s unacceptable to be left in this state for so long. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this company if you expect to receive proper customer service or a timely refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have been trying to get a refund for an item I had to spend an additional $70 shipping back since December. Same experience as everyone else here. Do not order.

Terrible refund process. Sizing terrible after having issues with sizing which they replied to very promptly in emails. Once they received return for refund no refund issues for over 3 weeks now and then ignoring emails. I wouldn’t buy again if ur not 100% sure as you won’t get a refund I’m having to contact my bank and the process will take even longer. Shocking

P**s poor company and their sizing is diabolical!! Advertised as a UK 8 and it turns up its more a very small size 4-6. Sent me the wrong shirt and refused to change it and just ignore me save your money dont order from these. Making cheap clothes selling then expensive

Scammers and Thieves – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered a dress from Dollhouse Fashion and returned it in AUGUST, and months later, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Every week, they come up with the same pathetic excuse—“we’ve forwarded it to the department, we’ll get back to you ASAP.” Spoiler alert: they never do!

At this point, it’s clear they have no intention of refunding my money. This is outright theft. How does the owner, Rebecka Henry, even sleep at night knowing she’s robbing people like this? Shameful business practices, zero accountability, and an absolute scam of a company.

Do yourself a favor—stay FAR away from this brand unless you want to waste your time and money.

This company is a disgrace. You order in line with their terms and return and get what like many others you do not get your money back. Just constant excuses all very professionally emailed to let you know they are resolving but yet nothing….months done the line.

This company breach - The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

People affected by this company need to report to trading standards.

Purchased from Debenhams around Black Friday, returned early December as others have said item hasn’t been refunded. Tried contacting both retailers, Debenhams saying can’t help and no reply from dollhouse/ liquorish.

Took 4 weeks to deliver and now on my 5th week waiting for a refund which I still have not received. Save your self a lot of agro and don't bother shopping here

Send 2 items back for refund early December … 4 weeks later still nothing ? Debenhams no help either !

They are absolutely worst experience that I had buying online.
Just absurd.
I bought a dress for my birthday, in November.
The dress arrived late, 11 November.
I asked for infos to send the dress back, unfortunately I had bronchitis and really can’t move. I sent back the dress on December 2. The dress was too big for me, was an xs. So the smallest one. First they proposed a change, they told me choose another dress. When I imposed myself that I want my money back, they told me no sorry, was too late, we are not accepting it. Honestly, I bought from everywhere, and this kind of attitude is terrible.
No empathy. What should I do ? Now they are sending back the dress. I payed the duties taxes, I payed other money to send the dress, and now they are sending it back. 336 euro the dress + duties + shipping back.

Don’t buy trust me.

Save your money for better dresses and better service. Sad that I’m reading just now that I was not the only one :(
