Have had a great experience with dolls house, needed my item in a quick turn around and they were able to have delivered to me asap in time for my holiday. Customer service was great also in replying to my emails promptly! Absolutely obsessed with my dolce romper! Usually I’m the girl who doesn’t wear things twice, but I’ve wore 3 times and can’t wait to wear again’ statement piece for sure x

Absolutely perfect customer service from the start helped me with what size and guaranteed I would have my product for when it was needed , great contact throughout updating me on the order when the order came it was absolutely perfect exactly as described could not fault any part thank you so much again 🖤🖤

I cancelled my order within 48 hours as I couldn’t receive the goods in time. I was told the refund would be processed within 14 working days. It’s now been well over 30 days and no refund has been issued. The company has made no effort to resolve this and is no longer responding to my emails. I’ve had to go through my bank to try and get my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs – very untrustworthy experience.

The Dolls House never fails to design stunning clothes beautifully made, exceptional fabrics, outfits for any occasion and would recommend this brand to anyone who wishes to achieve that unique look, outstanding!

I placed an order on June 11th, only to be told weeks later that the item couldn’t be fulfilled because the fabric was no longer available. Why this wasn’t communicated immediately is beyond me.
I requested a refund on July 21st, and as of August 26th, I am still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve received are vague, recycled excuses like “we’re chasing this up” - with no actual progress or accountability.
My last email clearly demanded action and a refund confirmation. It has been ignored. At this point, I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer authorities, initiating a chargeback through my bank, and sharing this experience publicly so others are warned.
This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If you’re thinking of ordering from them, don’t.

The absolute best! I cannot recommend The Dolls House enough! The customer service is excellent they always do their best to get orders expressed for a particular occasion. The dresses and outfits are stunning and great quality. I always get hundreds of compliments and feel wonderful in every garment I have purchased.
Thank you and can’t wait to purchase a few more stunning pieces from the new collection.

Don’t order here! Have been waiting for my refund for two months! They keep saying they will refund me my money back and never do it. I should’ve read the reviews before but pls don’t order here if you know you will maybe refund the dress!

Extremely disappointing experience — no delivery, no refund in 10 months

The company has been officially dissolved since June 2024 but was still accepting payments via their website.
I believe this is misleading and possibly fraudulent activity.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. In September 2024, I placed an order with 100% prepayment. As of July 2025 — 10 months later — I have received neither the product nor a refund. Communication has been minimal or completely absent. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I hope others will be more cautious.

Still waiting for my refund over a year later. Constantly say they will refund it and never do. Countless times. Have a contacted them several times. Still owed over £350 after all this time. Awful.
