Wow what an amazing 4 days of training, Rashid is a master in coaching and this level of MD training is absolutely phenomenal, it will take you and your understanding to a whole new level.
The community within our "class" were so supportive, welcoming and loving.
I would have to say it has been the best 4 days of learning I have ever had.

This was the training that set me up for the next step, the actual step to create a solid evidence-based coaching business. Personally, it's deepened my curiosity into my people's map, clients, friends, and family alike. This has made me realize how far I've come; I am seeing more of me than even before. I can sit with discomfort and allow all my parts to be heard. I am so grateful that I have fellow students that are as equally passionate about growing a coaching business; I don't have to do it again.

I came into this training with a solid foundation in coaching, but I left with a genuinely shifted perspective. The standout moment was the MD Values Unpack. It sounds deceptively simple, but working through it was a completely different experience. It fundamentally changed how I understand values; not as a checklist a client rattles off, but as a dynamic, living system that shapes everything they do. The insight didn't just land intellectually; it landed in the body, which is exactly the kind of learning that actually sticks. I'm asking different questions, listening at a different level, and holding values conversations with a depth and precision I didn't have before walking into that room. The content was rich and well-structured, the facilitation created a warm, safe, and genuinely engaged learning environment, and everything taught was immediately applicable. No fluff, no filler; just substance you can use. If you're a coach serious about doing deep, meaningful work with clients, this training belongs on your list.

What an amazing few days. I have gained such valuable information that I can take to my clients, providing them with the questions to improve their lives and help them aim for their goals.

It was great connecting others while learning about our parts

I did not realize that I was held back by parts of me. I thought it was me deliberately sabotaging me. This time with Rashid has opened my eyes to what I am doing to myself and the endless possibilities once I deal with them. Imagine how many clients I can help with this knowledge?! This training has deeply enhanced my ability to support my clients with greater awareness, presence, and precision.
It has given me a clearer understanding of parts such as enmeshment and self-leadership, allowing me to gently guide clients in recognizing where they may be losing themselves in relationships.
What I value most is the depth of transformation this training enables ,not just intellectually, but emotionally and somatically. It has strengthened my confidence as a coach and expanded the way I support meaningful, lasting change in my clients’ lives.

Instead of doing better, trying harder, being stronger, tricking yourself with neuro magic, this course teaches how to resolve the inner conflicts and relationships with our 'parts' that manifest as the issues we fight with. This is the aikido of coaching skills, gentle and potently effective. Rashids delivery and structure of the ideas in to an incremental pedagogy is fantastic.

The information and insights shared were like bringing the puzzle pieces together to show the full picture. It made so much sense and gave clarity about how , why , what I did over the years. It was a wonderful training sessions by Rashid. I felt well supported and exercises were a good start to learning about the inner work/parts and coaching clients using the questions.

The ICI Inner Work Coaching training by Rashid was excellent. Explicit training with ample time for practice for each of the concepts. I have come out of the training feeling really competent to to work with my clients and support them to heal.
