Professional,polite friendly staff, I called to the shop to sell some jewelry after getting a quote from a well known chain of buyers,which after visiting chapel jewelers was clearly a very low ball offer .i would highly recommend this shop and would definitely use or recommend anyone to do so , thanks again 👍.

I have just received a parcel from this store and decided to write a long overdue review.
Tracy the owner and everyone I have dealt with in the store previously have always been really polite and friendly.Prices of items I am interested in,whether buying or selling (I have done both with them over the past ten years) are always the best I can find and they beat the ‘big boys’ hands down.
Buying online is simple and efficient and anything I have ordered always arrived next day registered,well packaged,and exactly as listed on their site.
The Chapel Jewellers is a credit to their industry and unlike many others do not operate on excessive premiums and mark ups which is refreshing nowadays.They also never asked for a review or spammed my email for one which again is a novelty currently.
To sum up.A great store staffed by great people.Immediate parking is not the best and about the only ‘gripe’ I can come up with.That said a little walk and fresh air never hurt at my age!

Finally found a beautiful pre owned 9ct Belcher Bracelet with The Chapel Jewellers. The quality and weight of the Bracelet was amazing.
The service was brilliant too, was delivered securely the next day.
