Thanks for the thumbs up I was going to order a dress from this website but the reviews is very poor I cannot afford to throw away money.

I cannot begin to write about all trouble i went through, but in summation... bought a dress that was wayyyyyy to big. They claimed it is within the allowance but i think 5 inches is way too much of an allowance. They "generously" offered to resize for me if I pay return shipping, which would come out to about the same a getting alteration. Came back weeks later 2 inches too small but they claim again within allowance. So now I'm out over $500 for a dress and $70 shipping.

I saw a few 5 star reviews and thought... hey, that could be me, but I was wrong. Maybe they wrote them here to offset the negative reviews?

Beautiful Outfit & Nice Quality

So, I read a lot of bad reviews about this company so my expectation was (1) it might not even arrive, (2) that the product would be awful quality.
In both cases I was wrong. I paid a little extra to have my outfit ship before event and it arrived as scheduled. Secondly, the quality is beautiful and they provide amazing-looking outfits for a fraction of the price.

I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Celebrity Dresses for making my event a lot better with a beautiful outfit.

So I had sent them something for a custom dress and they where so helpfull so nice and their price was reasonable and they said they would do custom measurements for free and when I got the dress it looked amazing and fit amazing

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are scammers who will keep your money if you try making a return. The dresses are cheap Chinese fabric and look nothing like the pictures. They even fake their address and put an NYC one when they send their dresses. Don’t fall for it. I had to pay my own money to return my dress and they kept my money didn’t even cover shipping costs. I spent almost $200 in total!

This Ariana's gown is amazing I love wearing it it’s so comfortable I wore to school prom I looked gorgeous love this dress it’s a bit expensive $507 for the gloves like with the gloves of course but I love it maybe you could go down in price a bit but overall amazing.

We were so happy with this Atonement green dress - absolutely beautifully made, my daughter looked stunning in it. Everyone complimented her as in a sea of pastels, black & white she stood out from the crowd in this divine emerald green. I have several dresses now from your company & they have been absolutely spot on. Very impressed. Thank you.

Zero stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The dress I received did not come anywhere close to fitting. When I contacted them, they gave me the runaround…did you try the dress on without a bra…did you push the dress down when you measured it! After several worthless emails, they stopped communicating. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal. PayPal negotiated a return. The cost of shipping a DRESS to CHINA is $220-120! The dress came from California when shipped to me, but u have to ship to CHINA to return it to them. PayPal recovered some of my money, but not all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do NOT order from this site.... the dresses aren't exactly as depicted in the picture. When I went to return them (paid about $100 to ship it back to China on my own dime) they gave me the run around trying not to fully refund me over $300. They're now claiming they never received the dress despite me sending tracking and them confirming it arrived. I sent these dresses back almost three months ago and I am still fighting. Not worth the money. They are liars and a shady business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Love the length as a tall woman. It's hard to find the dresses that are actually floor length. Very comfortable. Just there was a little problem during the delivery of the package. But in the end, Abby helped me resolve it. Overall, thank you for my dress!

If i could give zero stars i would. This site is a scam please don't fall for it. I bought a dress and it didnt fit so i wanted to return it. I contact them and they ve me an address to ship in China AT MY OWN COST WHICH WAS $30. I confront them with this saying how ridiculous it is. First they keep asking me to keep the dress and try to resale it which i absolutely do not accept. Then, at this point I am just trying to recover as much of my costs as possible as they already do not refund the original shipping cost ($10) as well as the shipping cost it would get to return it ($30). I ask them to at least cover half of the cost to return which they "accept". However after sending the dress back I only get refund for the dress at this point was $40 short because of the whole shipping nightmare so i ask them where my refund was on the shipping cost which they say their department needs to process it blah blah. I check several more times in which they respond their department will get back to it soon however after several months i gave up on checking on it because i realize they are a scam. Btw its either one guy after this website or a family so there is no finance department to begin with lol. Anyways, be smart and don't fall for this website!!!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this site. I order a custom corset type dress and it came with no boning in it. It lacked structure and was saggy. I contacted them and they agreed to make the repairs but I had to ship the dress back to China at my own cost (over $50+). I did however because I really wanted the dress to work. When I received the dress again it was not as expected. You could tell where they went in to fix the boning and added extra fabric to cover it up. Needless to say the quality of the repair was not great. I asked to return as per their policy and was met with an agressive and rude email. Finally I was able to return at my own cost again, however conveniently for them the dress was "lost" in the mail. No, I did not get tracking because that would have cost over $100 and I'd already spent way too much in shipping. Lesson learned on my part.

The dress that I ordered and the dress that I received look nothing alike. I emailed customer service and they were hesitant to even start a return. When I finally got an email back telling me where to send back for a return I went to the post office and they wanted over $50 to send back. So unfortunately I’ll be taking a loss on this dress.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The dresses are low quality and returning is a nightmare. You will lose your money and be disappointed with the dress quality.

I bought two copies of two chiffon dresses worn by Grace Kelly in the movie "To catch a thief", the white and the blue ones. The colour of the blue one isn't the same, and the details have been rendered in an odd, almost awkward way. Moreover, the dresses were in theory custom-made with my measures, but they were too tight and I couldn't tie them. When the dresses are custom-made you can't have all your money back, so now I'll have to keep them.
I gave 2 stars because if people didn't know the original dresses these versions wouldn't probably be so bad, apart from the strange elements I explained before. Besides, I suggest ordering standard sizes and not custom-made dresses, as in the second case it would be impossible to get a full refund.

Je suis outrée par la qualité des articles reçu qui ne correspondent en rien à la description. Les prix étant plus chers que la moyenne je pensais avoir quelque chose d’au moins bien coupé. Résultat 6articles, 6 serpillères à $360. Aucun respect pour le consommateur. Ils proposent $100 de remise à la place de renvoyer les vêtements. Absolument inutile vu que tout est immettable.

Horrible material, skirt is NOT white and black it's black and ivory/off-white. Just don't waste your money on this website. I should have listened to my workmate's suggestion to buy from ggsdress.com.
